We were greeted by the most hospitable family, who offered us a full authentic experience: Jeep tours at sunset, camile tours at sunrise, traditional dinner with music and dance, delicious breakfast. The tant were extremely clean and warm, they even provided us with traditional coats so we felt like part of the family :) and great tea

Facilities were real good, hot water and wifi in the middle of the desert. Staff is great and Faisal is a great host, he made as feel like at home and he even took us to meet his family. The trips they organise around the desert are really fun and take you to great spots, food eas great and prices are very competitive

It was the perfect place for us, the staff are so kind and caring. We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise from the room! The view from the camp is breathtaking, the camp is surrounded by beautiful rock mountains and closed to popular attractions of Wadi Rum. Plus, dinner and breakfast are so delicious. It was my honour to partake in a tow-day stay at the esteemed Darien Camp, where I was met with nothing short of exceptional service. The experience has indelibly marked my memory due to its remarkable nature. THE PEOPLE: Faisal, the camp's coordinator and service provider, was incessantly available, providing round-the-clock assistance to cater to our needs. Ayman whom was in contact with my wife from the beginning answered all her queries and assured her their services and package. My wife asked about the area, car rental and even with transport pickup Ayman and Ahmed was with her every step prior our stay. Lastly, thank you to Faisal for checking in with us and the cook Osama who always took great needs for our meals. THE CAMP: Frequent gatherings took place in the communal area, where we engaged in enlightening conversations over tea, participated in engaging activities, or simply discussed life. These interactions, coupled with their cultural insights, have painted a vivid picture in my mind. The 'keep right' event was a highlight, featuring exhilarating activities such as sand surfing, camel riding, and a luncheon hosted at a strategically selected location with an impressive view. Additional activities were scheduled prior to sundown, making for a well-rounded itinerary. The camp promotes a close-knit, family-oriented environment, attracting a diverse group of individuals from across the globe. The camaraderie shared amongst the guests was notable, and I had the pleasure of forging numerous friendships during my stay. To this day, the memory of Faisal and his exemplary team remains fresh in my mind, including their talented culinary staff, whose efforts significantly contributed to the overall experience.

If you enjoy glamping, sure, go for it. You've got everything you need, even your own private toilet and shower. The facilities are good. The staff are friendly and the food was delicious. For me personally i would have loved a single basic Bedouin tent for the desert for a more authentic experience but this place was selected as part of a group tour. It's still pretty good and if the sky is clear the stars will probably look amazing from here.

My friend and I had THE most amazing experience here! Fisal was such a warm and generous host, the food and tea was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. And obviously, the landscape was indescribably stunning. Fisal also organised for us a sunset Jeep tour in the desert, which is an absolute must if you're there. We spent the night stargazing on the sand dunes opposite the tents, and it's something we'll never forget. Would recommend to everyone, we can't wait to find a chance to visit

I absolutely loved every single minute spent at Darien Camp.Definitely 10 stars because these guys deserve it for their hard work.Everything was super well organized (I booked a 6-hour Jeep tour and it was great).The food was delicious (traditional local food for dinner).Tents are very comfortable. And also 10 stars for Faisal for being such wonderful host and for great contact on WhatsApp before arrival.I will definitely come back.

Faisal and his team make you feel welcome immediately, allowing for the Camp to become a home away from home. You can sit by the campfire all day and night and simply enjoy the breathtaking view, apart from that the offered activites are great fun, from Camel Trekking to Jeep Tours, we enjoyed very single one and Had Insightful and Kind Guides. The Cherry on top is the fresh and delicious food and the fact that the camp really cares about the environment and for example does not use plastic!

Excellent Property. Well maintained, well managed and the evening ambience was like a dream. There was a campfire, some Arabic music and good food. Above all what we liked most is Fisal who made us feel like a family. He himself came to pick us from Wad Rum visitors gate to his property since it was dark already. 4 x 4 safari in the morning was superb and children were able to do some sandboarding too which they will never forget. We have seen those sand dunes in hollywood movies only though Ahmad helped us to taste the real beauty of that adventurous trip. Created lifelong memories. Recommend to stay .there, you will never be disappointed

The location is really amazing, with the view that you have from the tent and the pattern that covers it on the inside. You also have all the facilities you need, from wi-fi to hot water for showering. What is even better is the hospitality of Faisal ,who made sure we had the best time there. He gave us plenty of tea, then took us for a jeep ride to see the sunset, and in the evening we sat around the fire and watched the stars. Not to mention the food, which is totally amazing. I will surely come back and I advise everyone coming to Wadi Rum to stay at . Darien camp

Great place in a beautiful location. Very quiet and instantly relaxing. Star gazing in the evening is something to behold. We took an early morning jeep tour and the views were amazing that early. Everything is new, modern and well maintained at the resort. What really makes this place worth staying is the warm hospitality shown by Faisal and his team. The location in the desert is amazing. Rooms are nice and clean with a beautiful view. Faisal, the host, is very friendly. The food is great, dinner is cooked in an underground oven. (don't forget to smile) We went on a jeep riding, wow what a view.

,😘😘😘😘😘We chose this camp out of the multitude of available options because of the great reviews and the fact that here you can get a room with a private bathroom. And we did not regret our decision - the host and his family were very welcoming, picked us up with a 4x4 at a nearby petrol station with free parking, gave us a complimentary upgrade to a panoramic room, and made sure we would feel very much at home. The room was a lot more comfortable than we had expected, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the view is simply awe-inspiring. Breakfast was a feast and they made sure we got a great vegetarian lunch in the desert the next day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ . We booked an unforgettable sunrise camel ride and a jeep tour in the afternoon, which left us enough time to explore the area on our own a bit. Tour prices were very reasonable and service was overall outstanding - would recommend.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The staff were all very friendly and went the extra mile to get you everything you needed , 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗 💗. They were always there carrying bags and serving tea and the nightly entertainment was excellent 👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽 Breakfast and dinner are served in a communal buffet style environment which was delicious and a great way to meet fellow travellers. Ahmad our jeep tour driver was fantastic 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍 very friendly and made sure our entire stay was enjoyable and was very knowledgeable about the jeep tour and always made sure we were comfortable and had water and food.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 He saw some travelers walking in the desert and he stopped to give them water for their journey, 🙂 🙂 🙂he is so generous
