Very loud air conditioning at night. There is something bring with it. Lower blower settings make.lot of noise at night.

Fantastic sea view if you have sea view apartment. Very close to the sea. Clean private beach. Very comfortable bed. Excellent service, kind and helpful. Very professional diving club on hotel area. Beautiful reef. Very quiet place. .

While there is access to the Dead Sea, it’s not as developed as other (more expensive) Resorts.

Host was very responsive. Resort facilities were excellent. Staff was very nice.

the property is lovely and has all the equipment you might need. the facilities of the complex are outstanding and the direct access to the dead sea makes everything even more amazing. Communication was smooth and easy and Nihad made sure we had the best time there.

Everything was absolutely perfect for enjoying the quiet of the dead sea. The apartment was beautiful with a big balcony and we could extend our stay for one night to enjoy it even more. Thank you for the great weekend!

The complex was beautiful but there was almost no service. You are staying in an lovely apartment complex but not a resort. We were offered an upgrade to a newer third floor room with more modern furniture. But the room had twin beds only and a much smaller verandah. In every other way the rooms were identical. So we returned to the first level room with the King bed and huge verandah. The view was identical. I suggest stay in the first-floor apartment. The kitchen was missing some basics. No tea or coffee. Only one teaspoon and no proper mugs. The mall was in walking distance but the supermarket was very small and limited. It was very difficult to buy anything for breakfast (we were there during ramadan). Bring food with you. Sadly the apartment does not come with breakfast.

The apartment was large, very comfortable and had a great verandah with a very nice view over the northern part of the Dead Sea. In walking distance of the mall. Very nice pool with great views.

The room had sofa beds and extra foldable beds. I specifically asked if that's the case and the host said we will have normal beds. Very disappointing. Also the bedsheets hadn't been made ready which you would expect from a "luxury" resort.

Beautiful resort, good location. Facilities are well equipped, the apartment well furnished, the terrace is enormous and the view is great.

Good location, next to the beach, couple pools available. After visiting south, it was good place to stay one night before flight back (50 mins drive to Amman Airport), play in Dead Sea and relax in pools.

The hosts were very welcoming and the communication with them was prompt and warm. They went an extra mile for us to upgrade our room for a 2br instead of 1br. Dead sea beach is right next to the resort (walk is maybe 5 min down to the beach). Breathtaking views from the balcony over the Dead Sea. We stayed for one night and had everything we needed. Warm recommendation for families/groups.

This is no a 4 start resorts. The sun beds in the swimming pool were so dirty and the apartment furniture Is up to standards of a hostel… if you look for a high end experience run as fast as you can.

Being an large luxury apartment complex, it takes a while to figure things out and to use facilities without intruding the residents, especially during holidays. Additional beds were camp beds basically, too small for my two adult children. No food arrangements, especially for breakfast. The poolside cafe opens at 12:30pm. Better to bring some fruits and breads as the mall didn't have them.

Felt like living at home rather than a resort. Hassle free procedure. Nice host, Privacy at the small beach with a helpful attendant in the evenings, though it was a pebble beach than a sandy one and required a golf cart to reach there. The sandy part with the chairs, shade, shower and changing room was away from the water at a higher level. A nice recreation room with pool and table tennis, mainly used by residents. A small mall at 15 minutes walking distance with restaurants, pub and a mini mart. Large pool, again, mainly used by residents.

Very clean and well furnished apartment, it includes all needed electric equipments, the resort is fantastic we got high comfort and privacy and the facilities are great for family and kids 👍🏻 Highly recommend
