We didn't like the windows because they were not isolated and it was cold.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they ordered a delicious dinner for us. They explained everything we needed about Petra. The breakfast was delicious and and we had different options to choose.

dinner was amazing, local food finally!! very tasty. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful it was so much fun to stay there. great location super close to the Petra visitors center. also very clean and comfy, the rooms are not big but you are not there to spend the day in your room. we stayed two nights and it was great. I can only recommend. parking alongside the street is also available which is great if you have a rental.

Everything was OK.

Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Walking distance to the city center (with restaurants). Entrance to Petra is also close, but due to very steep way, it's better to drive if you have a car.

Be prepared that the hotel is a steep walk uphill from town. An easy short taxi ride, but do all your Petra visiting and town activities in one go.

The view from the window was directly onto the wall of the neighbour's house.

The breakfast and dinner were delicous. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is very good: you can reach Petra in about 10min by foot.

The place was very nice. The food was good and the hotel personnel rushed to help with our every need. Our amazing hosts organized the transfer from Aman to Petra for us and took the time to show us around on our way! They told us all about sightseeing in Petra, helped us with the purchase of the tickets and with tips for the best route. The hotel was close, but on a mountain. But our hosts even suggested to drive us every time we needed to get to Petra and back. But it's easy to catch a cheap taxi there. It was a bit cold at the end of December, but with the air conditioner and additional blankets that we've asked for it was very nice in the room. We had the best possible version of our trip to Jordan thanks to the amazing hotel owners and personnel!
