Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JordanMy experience at Taj hotel was very exceptional, the hotel location is excellent very near to almost every needed service (Market, shops and restaurants) and of course very near to the sea. the Hotel is very clean and comfort and modern. and the most important thing is the staff working there is just amazing and very very helpful and cooperative (many thanks to Mohammed) defiantly i would love to go there again and again

BelgiumWe had some issues in the room and reported them but so far they remained unsolved until we left. Although we have announced the age of our toddler but we didn't have a proper Cot for him, instead they gave us an extra bed which was very uncomfortable.
Staff were friendly, Room was clean and Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine but it will be better if they add some fresh Fruits to the menu. A coffee machine instead of instant coffee will improve the guest's morning mood.

PolandThis place is in a great location, About 10 min walk to the beach and to the restaurants. Plenty of stores nearby as well. The building looks quite new and the interior is new as well. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathrooms fully stacked up. Breakfast very tasty and with nice selection, I consider this place as a good value for money with a great location and plenty of parking around

United KingdomThe view outside was terrible and the wardrobe wouldn’t open/shut very well at all. There was very limited food selection and very little familiar food varieties for my European friend so he was hungry.
I liked the food, the room and the staff. The staff were excellent. They were very welcoming and even offered help with travel, activities and anything logistics-wise which we might’ve needed help for. This was very helpful in the end and even saved us some morning. The staff were also very hospitable and gave us a room upgrade due to us being unable to stay the first night. The room (suite) was very spacious and had an excellent bathroom. The fridge was also a terrific, underrated edition to the kitchen. Overall, we were very impressed.

HungaryOne of our doors's lock didn't function well.
Everything was suitable for us. Location was excelent, a few steps from the historical places. Rooms were large and cleen. Breakfast was enough for us. The receptionist was etraordinary, was very kind and helpful in every little thing we needed, e.g. practical of advise how we can reach certain points in the city the easiest way and where we can find the best money exchange rate. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel the first day we arrived in Amman so much that it was no question which hotel we should book for the last day of our round trip.
