Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Italywelcome everybody! I'm currently in Wadi Rum 😊 and the best part of my time in Jordan is almost over! After Amman, Jerash, Madaba, Wadi Mujib (second best experience), Karak (Kingdom of Heaven with Orlando blossom ), Petra (famous) we arrived at Wadi Rum Caesar Camp. Focusing away from other camps in the desert, we were welcomed in an intimate and comfortable place (4 bubbles and only 2 tents) no connection but wifi in the dinner tent why we stay connected but disconnected from civilization. On the agenda, a camel ride in the morning (we saw, among other things, a free-roaming dromedron), a delicious lunch prepared in front of us by our guide, a several-hour desert tour between sand dunes and natural bridges ending with a magnificent sunset, a day full of memories and encounters

Hello everyone, Allow me to provide feedback regarding Wadi Rum Caesar Camp. There are no other words than: incredible Emad & Ali are so kind, loving, funny, human with a heart of gold. They did everything possible for our comfort. There were 2 of us so it was great. We ate well, laughed well and enjoyed ourselves! Next visitor: don’t hesitate to go there, they’re great 🐪

ChinaThis campsite is really great. It is shaped like a ball and you can see the stars. The environment is really good! He also took us to the desert for a day to play ,The most important thing is that the boss is a super nice person. He helped us call a car to take us to Yakba and take a bus back to Amman. He also gave us the cheapest and most favorable price. I am really grateful to him! Everyone must come and stay at this hotel!!

Staying at Emad's camp was an amazing and unique experience! Camp is located deeply in the desert which is giving guests opportunity to enjoy desrt to the fullest extent. Everything was great: jeep tour, dinner, breakfast, sand boarding, time spend together with Emad nearby with a fireplace discussing everything. If you want to have a truly authentic experience - you should definitely choose this unique place.

United Arab Emirates- just bring toiletries (shampoo, sabon, conditioner) - a hand fan or portable fan ( we stayed during summer, and early night cud be hot if the AC is not turned on) - if your a fan of cold drinks then bringing a cooler wud be best This is not a typical hotel experience, the location is far from the city proper so you shud remember to bring necessities during your stay though the staff are really approachable and helpful sometimes everything you need is not readily available.
The owner Emad upgraded our room to bubble tent which was superb and his staff were amazing too, we came late and all of them prepared tea and dinner for us. They welcomed and joined us watching the stars in the night, they are really friendly. In the morning, we were taken to a different location to experience bedoiun breakfast which they prepared it only for us. They then took us for a short jeep tour since we need to leave for Petra early. These people are very simple, they prepare the place/tent, clean it by themseleves, prepare the tea and food, theres even wifi for the guest, they came prepared for us.

GermanyWe thank our kind host Emaad and our guide for welcoming us at the desert camp for the 4 days we spent there. We were able to encounter several events where we could see, taste, hear and feel the culture. Especially when we had been invited to a traditional wedding, eating and dancing with the locals, and being introduced in navigating in the desert at night just by the help of the stars, which were just a few highlights! Finally, the stay here turned out in a real lifetime experience!

Germany- the generator for the A/C was put on only at night until sunrise, so inside the tent it got hot very quickly without the A/C (generator also quite loud) - you can only open the door to let fresh air in, but that isn’t really effective, still very hot inside - bathroom and “window” could be cleaner - no towels except one for hands - hard mattress - no activities on camp side - when making a reservation I told Emad that my fiancée is vegetarian; for dinner the vegetarian option were the veggies that were lying under the chicken which was all cooked together … I guess this is a culture difference
- small camp in the middle of the desert - Emad and his family are very friendly people. We were the only guests during our stay because it was low season. - big bubble tent with large bed - they provided enough drinking water

– The stay at Wadi Rum Caeser camp was probably the highlight of our Jordan trip! We were really well looked after and were also delighted to have a room upgrade to one with a private bathroom as well as an amazing desert view! (Would really recommend everyone to book a "tent" with a view) !!! Watching camels walk outside your window is a pretty cool sight! :). The food was nice, our jeep tours very very good as well as the 1 hour camel ride. (Will never forget).

눀 – The camp is absolutely STUNNING. This has definitely been the highlight of my Jordan trip. The cleanliness, location, staff, facilities and the food was honestly 10/10. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Wadi Rum, you won’t regret it! Also, definitely pay that bit more and upgrade to a Bubble Tent because it is AMAZING. The views were incredible. It’s so worth it! The jeep safari tour is also very reasonably priced. Staff are very lovely and accommodating. The camp itself is sparkling clean, hot water is available, towels, etc- everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’m so glad we stayed here, my friend and I had a very memorable trip.

GreeceWe need to keep in mind that this, like all the camps in Wadi Rum, are in the desert, away from civilization etc. WiFi was from a phone hotspot (something common all over the Wadi Rum area) and therefore spotty cause the signal isn't the best in the desert. Cleanliness wasn't perfect, we mostly had some general issues with the bathrooms, but since they can't bring cleaning crews, it's also understandable. The air conditioning needed to be on for more time (depending on a generator). Also the water had low pressure and wasn't hot in the evening (which was surprising given the temperatures were around 40°C during the day). Finally, we deemed that staying in a bubble isn't really worth it in general. It's much more preferential to stargaze at night outside, and just going in a tent to sleep, than paying 10x for a bubble to be able to see the stars for some more time. In general while we ran into some issues, when taking into account that the camp is in the desert and all the others camps should encounter similar issues, we think these shouldn't be taken into account that much.
Staff was excellent, made us feel like home, Emad our host built a wonderful campfire and overall atmosphere with local music and dancing, and Ali our driver showed us a great time around during the jeep tours. They really tried to make the whole experience amazing for us, and totally succeeded. They were helpful with overall advice, arranging everything , packing our breakfast for the morning we left early, and welcoming us. Breakfast and dinner were both great, plenty of food and very tasty. Our girls felt very comfortable wearing normal summer clothing and not covering up, which was a major positive for them, when taking the country into consideration. In general the guys were very open minded, which we appreciated. The camp is very isolated and small, which made us enjoy the vastness of a starry sky and the desert.

Denmarkcannot put into words, my experience at this property was a one in a lifetime! The views were incredible, the place was clean, the bathroom was great. They went above and beyond to make your experience in Wadi Rum, from arranging your transfers, to jeep tours, camel rides, sand boarding, star gazing etc. We highly recommend the 4hr jeep tour! The food was amazing and the atmosphere at the camp was so much fun - music, dancing, etc. The location of the camp was perfect - far away from any other camps so you truly felt that you were in the middle of the desert. A stay we will never forget!

Australia– emad was very supportive as he waited for us and had no news from us because of network problems on royal wedding day. He then took us the same afternoon on a compressed but very impressive tour to some of the beautiful spots of Wadi Rum desert. Sunset with Bedouin tea on open fire in middle of the desert to sit with him and other people and enjoy. Accommodation in tent with ventilator was still comfortable, dinner in the big tent was excellent with traditional Bedouin barbecue. Breakfast was also good. so, all in all a perfect experience.
