Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesI believe the gym has to be upgraded and add some more weight lifting machines it’s not up to the level of 4 starts hotel, the shower in the bathroom in our room had no removable shower only the fixed head shower and that was challenging to shower the kid.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, sometimes they forget to replenish coffee and tea after cleaning l, but whenever we ask they bring us to the room,the breakfast is very good and the team are so helpful and very cooperative specially we have a small kid.

The hotel is also located at the 7th circle to make getting to the Amman Airport by taxi easy. I plan ro stay there again when I am in the area.

Payment issue was also very challenging - in most hotels guests are trusted to pay during the stay not immediately upon arrival (if there are exceptional situations - my credit card was blocked for security reasons).

EgyptThe bathroom is very old, the water is very weak and the position of the shower is not flexible or comfortable and you have to get very close to the wall to use it, the room features like offering a flip flop is missing, the sound isolation is bad there was a wedding and was a very noisey night, and the last thing bed is not that comfortable
