Although hotel is a bit old, but no effect on comfort and cleanliness. Nothing really to complain about.

The title grand is a little bit outdated. It really needs a massive refurbishment in the both rooms(I stayed in the sister property for two nights) the bath or the shower didn’t work properly. There’s an overriding smell of tobacco throughout the whole property, but that’s actually Jordan all over.

It was convenient for the thing I needed to do and has some good facilities a nice bar and a breakfast is absolutely superb.

There is no shop within close range. Busy and Abdali neighborhood is walking distance, but the way there is not pleasant for pedestrians.

The rooms are quite dated in design , and the location is abit noisy as next to a school and motorway

It’s clean but sadly it needs a refresh carpet furniture in all the rooms. Would not put us off stay again as the amenities in regency & bar area are lovely

Unfortunately, a guest had a "call girl" with him in the hotel, and the scene was quite unpleasant, especially if you are traveling with your children. The a room was initially VERY unclean, especially the carpets and smelled horribly of cigarets. But upon complaining to the staff, it was cleaned the next day thoroughly. Special thanks to the head of reception who was very diligent and made sure I had more than a pleasant stay.

The best part about this place is its location. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed two nights and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only hotel we stayed at which gave us never ending water. We left our last day to Petra before breakfast (included), but the lovely staff provided us with breakfast in tuppers to go. Would definitely go back there.

Counter staff were a bit disengaged at times and it was a challenge to try and get back my baggage I left for the day after I checked out and went on a tour before airport

We spent one night in Amman and this hotel was a very good choice as it provided a quiet room. The room was very clean and the staff was very polite. Good value for money

We chose this hotel for the pool but we couldn’t go. The one the rooftop is quite small and it was packed because of a convention. The indoor one was next to a room booked for a wedding ceremony.

The room and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The food buffet in the morning is great and delicious with lots of choice.

Staff will go out and about for your comfort. I had a big clean and beautiful room. I booked with no breakfast and they still gave it to me for free. they also offered me a very good late checkout. would totally recommend it.

The property is little old, so carpets are little worn out. Bathtubs had some water running issues, there is not hand shower in the toilet. Breakfast could have been much better. The options in hot menu are quite limited and served not a right temperature.

The location, spacious, staff was courteous. They allowed us early check in. The rooms are well lit and equipped with basic things like coffee, locker, fridge.

Some traffic noise, especially during the day? as beside a busy road. This is an older hotel but it is being well maintained. So long as this continues the hotel will remain great value for money.
