The staff is very nice and helpful. They were waiting for me at the parking space to reserve it for me and to help me park. This was very considerate and I arrived 2/3 hours later than expected

The bathroom was to small.

The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. Although it is not the most modern hotel that I have stayed in, it was clean and comfortable and the staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Location is excellent, just next to the Amman Citadel, and The Roman Theatre, 2 mins of walking, The receptionist Mr. Gabriel (Jabrail) is so nice man, his smile and positive talk is great. Also, he helped in many ways; finding locations, advicing best food is respecfull. Thank you (mayonise with tuna was wow)

Considering price I wasn’t expecting luxury of course - but I just wish the hot water would work in the mornings I had to wait until the late evenings for hot water as i think it all ran out via other guests. But it wasn’t a very busy time. The breakfast was included but was very very basic. Still good for price.

So cheap, such a good price for a room. Great location to be near the historical sites too.

The bathroom doesn't have a separation between the shower and the toilet and sink, it's all one common space (usual in old buildings). However, the floor is not leveled to make the water go to the drain, so after I took my shower the floor remained wet for the rest of the day. There were tall slippers provided in the bathroom to help with this matter, so it was not a huge issue. Another relevant thing is there was no hot water in the shower.

There are two great strengths of this hotel: 1. its location. It's impossible to ask for better, honestly. It sits in the middle of the city, a couple of steps away from the citadel, the roman theater, street food shops, coffee shops, and convenience stores, and a short ride away from Jet Bus (important if you plan on going to Petra). 2. Mrwan, the owner, is an amazing host! Very friendly, and knows all the good stuff Jordan has to offer. He also offers private transport to the touristic places outside of Amman. The relation price-location-quality is as good as it gets, in my opinion.

Breakfast is quite limited and one staff member is not really engaging in helping. That was a pity as everything else was nice and the staff who welcomed us were very friendly!

Basic hotel in excellent location . Breakfast for me very good as it included local food . Marwan , the hotel owner , is a man you can rely on . He was helpful in every way . We enjoyed his company and appreciated his kindness and warm heart . For me it was the best choice to travel with him in all the places I wanted to visit . I will for sure come back to Jordan . I pray that there will be peace in the Middle East , so we can enjoy all it has to offer this "other world" . Thank you Marwan (and lovely wife) and we wish you all the best . See you soon again !

Room door was broken and it was very very hard to open and close. Thin walls, we could hear every time someone checked in late during the night.

Need some minor improvement to keep a table, chair, water bottle and basic facilities in bathroom. Which are very normal nowadays for all hotels

The location is fantastic located near to Roman Theatre and Citadel by walking distance. Room was good enough for two persons. While bathroom was small but manageable.

Great location. Roman theatar is 5min walking. You can visit old city by walk. A lot of restorants and sweets nearby. Stuff was so kind all the time, they even told us how to better organise our trip and gave us some goid advices. Room was clean, bad was good, i slept very well. Wentilator and aircondition in room.
