The access to the hotel is complicated. I know it is for safety, but it is simply too much. You need to inform the reception before your car or driver picks you up. They will forward the information to security. I checked in late at night, and the security needed time to verify my name at the entrance gate before letting me in. Later at the reception, I heard a guest was asking to let his friend in because he was bringing something for that guest. The hotel did not allow the friend to enter, even in the parking area/lobby. It was strange for me. The staff at the lobby door could be more excellent to drivers. When checking out, a driver picked me up. I greeted him at the door and went inside the lobby to pick up my luggage from the bellboy (only a few meters away). When I went outside, a staff member shouted at my driver. I don't understand Arabic, but the staff did not show excellent body language when talking to the driver. My driver was not a young man; he was around 50. He then went inside and reported the incident to the receptionist but did not get proper acknowledgment. I felt sorry for him and did not expect it from Hilton staff members.

Amazing pools, direct access to the Dead Sea beach, and amazing views from your hotel rooms. The hosts and staff at the restaurants were very friendly and nice. They also offer a great breakfast with various options.

There was no wellness-spa to use (except massage)

Lots of positives from my side! The hotel is quite spacious; the view from the room and in the lobby overlooking the Dead Sea is amazing. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious foods. The mud at the Dead Sea was prepared for guests to use. The room was very clean. What I loved most about the hotel was the staff, especially at the reception. A big thank you and hats off to Imad and Khaled, who helped me a lot with my numerous questions about the hotel and my trip in Jordan. Imad and Khaled are super friendly, exuding positive energy, and very professional! Thank you both so much for your support, helpful suggestions, and patience. You made my stay! When I come back to Jordan, Hilton will definitely be my choice again :)

There were so many guests arrived and they were short of staff at reception. As rooms are out of the main building where the lobby is located, a guide is needed to show the way to the room. There was no clear guide as how to get to the room. They did not give the room a minute before 3.

There were couple of issues that were troubling for us, 1st there was no water to drink around you, mostly you have to buy water or ask for a cup (free of charge) from the barmen. Dead sea is in a coastal area of the hypersaline terminal lake which considered to be a very dry land. Seconedly, the towels are really old, as if they are over-used and no one cares to change them. This was a bummer considering the very good hotel, pools and service. Also, there is no Spa, it is more like Spa-Rooms, they turned couple of ordinary rooms into treatments rooms. My wife visited the spa and was really satisfied with the treatment and tge great staff there, her therapist Nisreen was wonderful and the guy in the reception was really helpful.

The atmosphere was great, it was a fairly clean hotel, I have to emphasize the great service and the really caring staff everywhere just to make you happy.

Unfortunately, there are many things that I did not like at all, I want to thank three people: 1- Mr. Amer (morning shift manager) 2- Mr. Khaled (evening shift)3 Mr Majdi(I don't know the exact job title, Magdy is one of the people who, when he heard the problems I faced while setting up the line, took the correct action immediately as quickly as possible, Mr. Amer, all thanks and respect to him. When he received the complaint, he dealt with me with all professionalism and experience and knew how to solve such a problem in order to preserve the reputation of a five-star hotel like the Hilton.Also, Khaled, the receptionist, also thanks him Alaa, how well he behaved when completing the check in and also ensuring that the customer was 100% satisfied. Unfortunately, only these three people from the hotel's entire staff deserve congratulations.

In general, the Hilton Hotel is one of the hotels I feel comfortable staying in, whether in the Arabian Gulf or the Middle East... What I liked about my last stay was the suite in which I actually stayed, and I believe no hotel has Such a suite

- of the 3 pools, 2 of them are for families only, which leaves just one pool for everyone else. That one pool is very nice, but I would have liked a second option - I booked the hotel mainly because of the ponton in the Dead See which is advertised in the property pictures. Unfortunately that ponton is not there at all anymore, which is a bit misleading.

The not so well played luxury appearance in a pretty standard hotel for an expensive price. Poolside waiters we're a bit snobbish at the beginning (it was quite difficult to purchase a water).

Overall room and facilities were good standard an most of it working and maintained. Personnel was generally friendly. Pools were good, the beach was great. Breakfast was really good.

The staff looks unhappy, and are not well trained. I noticed the management was not around at all, and the maintenance of the hotel is quite poor. The beach was very small and wasn’t clean.

The singers at night were good and the rooms we stayed in were clean, comfy and had a nice layout.

The food wasn't all good, the breakfast buffet didn't have many options, not what you expect from Hilton hotles & some of the items didn't even have a taste! Such as the Hummus, & at dinner food wasn't up to the expectations at all unfortunately. Very disappointing

The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Yousef at the beach, he was exceptional and all staff were very helpful. Bedding was amazing and very comfortable.

There are 3 options to have dinner at: Lebanese restaurant, Italian and traditional buffet. On our first night we went to see all three options and nothing on the menus of any of abovementioned was mouthwatering. On the second night we went to eat outside the hotel. Slight disappointment was a closed Sky bar, which was advertised to us a cool place to watch the sunset. The air in the room was extremely moist, swim suits didn't dry out. Even the AC didn't help much.

Bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get up :) Breakfast was good, many options to choose from. Absolutely loved the girl from reception Marah, if I recall correctly. She was so helpful and organized us a breakfast box, because we had to leave before 5am. Pool area is amazing - infinity pool for adults only, pool for kids, pool bar.. You name it - you have it. Beach area for Dead Sea treatments is also great.
