How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The choice of breakfast is limited
Facilities are good. Easy access to the Jordan University and near to many food stalls too. Staff are very friendly and nice. Uber is easily available. Near to most locations such as Downtown Balad. Surely will come again next time

The mini bar price list was not there and I wish they had mentioned clearly from the beginning that the items in the mini bar is chargeable such as kitkat, redbull, ...etc) because I thought they are just for free. I had to pay for the items that I consumed at the checkout.
I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the view of the room. I liked the strong Wi-Fi in the room. I liked the waking up service that they provided. I also liked the breakfast buffet as it consists of variety of Mediterranean food such as humus, salads...etc.

Internet is not stable and sometimes at nighf it goes down to almost 16 Mbps becasuse of the pressure.
This is my second time here. I like this place. Staff are friendly, and free coffee is available at the entrance. Breakfast has many varieties. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. Free water bottles and hot drinks in the room. Manh fast food restaurents around the hotle.

Some walls had big scratched paint patches and the breakfast didn’t have much variety.

No porter guy to help you with your luggage. Even the trolley was not fictional properly.

The breakfast variety can be better, it was very limited options. There were no bathrobes in the hotel, which was a bummer. No electricity next to the bed
The staff are friendly, very clean room and sheets. Very quiet for a hotel on a busy street. The service, the room and the cleanliness was matching the price paid for.

We were very happy. Breakfast was good, everything you need. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking right in front of the door. Price/performance top!! We would stay there again

We had an amazing experience at this property, which is conveniently located near the city centre and the University of Jordan. It's a fantastic place to stay, especially if you're looking for easy access to popular restaurant chains like McDonald's, KFC, Costa Coffee, and Domino's Pizza. The breakfast at the property was absolutely delightful, and their room service exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist me with any queries or requests. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea options available. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we highly recommend this place for its convenient location, delicious breakfast, excellent room service, and attentive staff. It made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
