Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI am so bummed about the pool being closed! We chose this hotel for location and since our friend was getting married there, but also because of the beatufil pool. Unfortunately the pool is closed until May (we were there beginning thru mid April). The weather was so nice, pretty disappointed about that so definitely check beforehand. There is a small indoor pool, but I believe there is a fee with the spa associated with it, the outdoor one is gorgeous.
I liked the staff, they were incredibly helpful and kind! Also the place was very nice, we were always greeted with a smile, room was always stocked with water and paper towels. When we first checked in there was a leftover dish in the fridge from a previous guest. We let the front desk know and they were incredibly apologetic and send us a bunch of amenities. Also, due to United cancelling all flights to the Middle East, they extended our stay an extra night.

United KingdomLocation is good as you can walk to Rainbow street which is about 10mins. Great restaurant and bars. Spa was lovely...warm indoor pool with ladies and mens separate jacuzzi with steam and sauna facilities included in the price of the room. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to The Boulevard which is right outside the shopping mall from 4pm onwards.

The welcome at Intercontinental was excellent. Very helpful staff from the Doorman, Security, Bellhops to the Room service and housekeeping staff. Bilal especially deserves special mention for smooth and efficient check in. To us staff hospitality is more difficult to attain than hotel or room amenities of facilities.
