A wonderful little description of such a camp, a very beautiful camp. My family and I came at sunset and parked our car in a special place. We were received with a great welcome and we were hungry so we ordered dinner, we ate it and it was delicious and had a Bedouin flavour. After that we had tea and exchanged conversations, and we went to sleep. The room was spacious and large. In the morning, we woke up early and were happy with desert life. We went on a 4×4 jeep tour that lasted for three hours. We got to know many places in Wadi Rum, and then we returned to the camp and had lunch (chicken and rice), and it was delicious and tasty. In short, it was an amazing trip. I cannot describe it. Thanks to everyone, especially Ahmed, the owner of the camp💙

Everything is perfect, no errors👏

The environment. It's a wonderful environment with Wadi Rum desert all around. It's a very basic accommodation, but that's part of the charm. You can charge cell phones, etc. in the dining room. Dinner on the first night was fantastically good and rich in content. On the second night, my meat-eating family was very satisfied, but for me as a vegetarian, it was a little less unexpected. Enough though. The first night we were showered with cake when another guest had a birthday. Generous and kind!🖤

Everything was beautiful and I felt at home⭐️

One of the last rules of the tents is - complete silence at night (almost... sometimes you can hear the sounds of the desert - birds etc.) and a sky full of stars... Beautiful tents,  very comfortable and clean bathroom with shower and toilets. A beautiful and cozy dining suite with an additional fireplace for heating and a courtyard with a fireplace and sofas for evening tea sitting. Very good breakfast and dinner ("Bedouin") - also with home-made products (cheese from the Bedouin village). The main attraction is the jeep ride through Wadi Rum with the opportunity to prepare and eat a meal “al fresco” (on the fire), in short everything is beautiful in Wadi Rum, and I will definitely come back here.

Nice camp, I didn't see any negatives💯

A beautiful camp is what I was looking for because it gives us the space and privacy not to mention the tranquility we want to enjoy in the desert. The shared bathrooms and toilets were clean and fairly modern. The beds were basic but comfortable and we slept well. We got extra blankets because the nights get cold sometimes. The Bedouin food on both nights was simply amazing and the jeep tour exploring the sights of Wadi Rum was fun. We really enjoyed exploring the area surrounding the camp and watching the sunset. This is the best camp I have visited and I will definitely return. I thank everyone who contributed to making us happy, and Ahmed, the owner of the camp, was of great help, so I truly thank you.🖤

I didn't see any changes. Everyone was friendly and nice.

1. Stay: very well organised facilities. It is interesting to see, what they have built in the middle of the desert. 2. Air conditioning: would not have survived without the air con, very well done! 3. Transfer facilities: you do not need to drive up to the bubble hotel. Park you car for free at the meeting point. 4. Coffee Shop: Best sisha ever, great juices. Strongly recommend the ginger, lemon and honey tea! 5. Dinner: was good and elaborate with the traditional rice and meat cooked underground dish, In the end, it was a wonderful camp and I am happy that I came. Thanks to everyone, especially Ahmed, the owner of the camp💛

I couldn't find a place to park my car

The bubble tents are spacious, the location is special, with a beautiful view of the desert. The location can be reached by car and for us this was a great advantage because we had a rented car 4x4. Friendly staff, good food, organized activities and good value for money. The location is incredibly beautiful, you can see the desert without other camps around. The bed is very comfortable and the facilities were good, the panoramic view dome was a great experience. Even though it is in the desert, this camp offers you the comfort of a hotel: private toilet, hot water (small shower cabin, but ok), towels and bathrobes. The air conditioning also helps with heating during the night. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the experience we were looking for.💌

A very beautiful and wonderful camp. My family and I came to this new camp. We were welcomed from the beginning and were taken to the camp. We stayed our first night in a beautiful and comfortable room and woke up to the sound of birds and nightingales. We ate a delicious and healthy breakfast, and then we were taken to the best thing in this camp. It is a jeep trip. We enjoyed it very much. The tour lasted for two hours and we saw wonderful places in Wadi Rum. I thank everyone who contributed to our happiness, such as Ahmed, the owner of the camp, and I thank all the workers and I will return to you, my friends, as soon as possible. Wow, it was incredible sleeping and waking up with the amazing view to the Wadi Rum desert that Maria Rum Neptun Luxury Camp offer us, the dinner food is amazing! Everything was fine, everyone in the hotel is so nice especially ahmed, we did both tours with him and he's so funny, respectful and shared with us a lot of things, we learned a lot. If I come back to Jordan for sure I will stay again with them.Excellent and I recommend it + Thank you Ahmed or everything The room was well organized and air conditioned, the location is great and the hotel management is very organized, the suite had a romantic atmosphere for two couples, a night of a lifetime and a fantastic time. The food is excellent, and the evening is very wonderful I recommend a long jeep trip to the amazing desert that you do not feel from its beauty and charm A unique experience We will be back one day for sure Thank you Basel for everything great and outstanding host.😍😍

staff is very sweet, helpful and very hospitable and attentive, the bubbles are very clean, comfortable and spacious and its very convenient to move around the camp, both breakfast and dinner were of high standards and offer good selection. the place is great, we really enjoyed also the Rum Neptun Luxury Camp activity that the camp provided with ahmed, it was spectacular the food is SO GOOD! the staff are nice, everything was perfect. everyhting was great.😍

The staff were great, especially the staff member who picked us up from the meeting point and made sure we had amazing adventures like the jeep tour, he was full of positive energy and made us laugh a lot. Ahmed the camp manager was absolutely amazing, he arranged our tours and took care of every detail from the tents to the food to our tours and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciate his dedication and the extra care he takes for everyone. The tours offered were great, don't miss the camel ride at sunrise, stargazing at night and the jeep tour at sunset. The tents were very clean and the dinner was very delicious. It is also expanding to include more amenities and recreational activities. We will definitely come back again.🤎✔️

I recommend booking a jeep tour through the camp, as the tours are more professional and take you to the right places without any shortcuts, and everything is beautiful. There are no negative comments.✔️

The staff were nice and helpful, the Martian pod we stayed in was a great experience. Traditional dinner and breakfast was great, also a nice communal area and vibe.🤎

I noticed that the new camp was very wonderful, the whole experience was unique, especially waking up at sunrise and relaxing in the jacuzzi during sunset. The breakfast and dinner selection was also good - especially since they had an omelet and pancake station. The giant chicken zarb rice dish every night was delicious! The staff is very friendly and attentive. All activities are paid by Visa, but it's good to have some cash on hand, I recommend taking a 2-hour jeep ride and trying sand boarding!🤎🤎

Hello, I am evaluating the best camp I have seen and been to. It is a new camp and I was the first visitor there. The staff were wonderful. They received me with a welcome that befits me and my family. I had dinner and it was delicious and wonderful and I felt the flavor of the food with the wildlife. We went to sleep and woke up in the morning and it was the best morning and feeling in a long time. I needed this rest, and then we went on a jeep tour with the host, whom I thank very much for his hospitality. He introduced us to all the places in Wadi Rum. It was a wonderful feeling to get some rest in this ideal place, and because I was the first visitor, I got benefits and a discount in The price, cleanliness, food, comfort, and everything I experienced was perfect. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back to you.👌🤍
