The cheerful camp owner, Ahmed, provides coordinates to his house, where you can leave your car Ahmed took us to the camp in his truck. There are plenty of campgrounds in the valley, many right on the road and overlooking or next to each other. Rum Neptune Luxury Camp is located 10 minutes from the valley and is self-contained. We booked a tent with a balcony that had amazing desert views, comfortable beds, electricity and an en-suite bathroom. We didn't realize there would be electricity, so unfortunately, we didn't take a travel kettle or hairdryer. The food was good, and as a vegetarian, I ate well. If you stay a couple of nights, you'll likely see your dinner cooked the traditional way, buried in the sand. We went for a morning walk in the valley, which I found to be quite convenient. Then we were able to spend the afternoon sitting on the balcony

The bathroom needed to be cleaned more, I'm a bit weird.

Everything was excellent! We were welcomed by a very hospitable family, who gave us a complete authentic experience: sunset jeep rides, sunrise camel rides, traditional dinner with music and dancing, and a delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and warm, they even provided us with traditional coats so we felt like part of the family :) And great tea

It was an unforgettable experience. Upon arriving at the camp, I realized that the tent was unlike any other tent I had visited before. The tent was designed in a unique and distinctive way, using warm colors and traditional furniture to create an atmosphere of comfort and authenticity. The tent is equipped with a comfortable bed and an elegant seating area that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. But what made the tent experience truly unique were the activities I did. Ahmed was my guide and friend on this trip, and he gave me an enjoyable walking tour to explore the area surrounding the camp. We climbed the sandstone rocks and enjoyed the stunning views of Wadi Rum. In the evening, we had a private session around the fire. We grilled meat and vegetables, exchanged stories, and laughed in an atmosphere of joy and fun. Those moments were unique and unforgettable, as we gathered around the fire to exchange experiences and adventures. The stay experience was truly unique and special.

Communication was at the top. Our driver and camper were in constant communication and made our arrival/departure smooth. Everyone at the camp welcomed us like family and made our stay as amazing as possible. Ahmed is the best camp manager and truly the heart of the camp. He made our stay in Wadi Rum wonderful and easy. He is genuine, wants all the best and provides all the necessary support. The rest of the staff were also nice and prepared dinner every night on the sand. The meals were always fresh and delicious. We also organized day trips (6-hour jeep ride, 1-hour camel sunrise tour, stargazing, 3-hour jeep tour). Look no further, 10/10 would recommend booking with them! We will be back and there is no doubt that we will return to this camp.

What I saw is beautiful, thanks everyone

Great location and perfect amenities. RUM NEPTUNE lUXURY CAMP was gorgeous, authentic and very relaxing. The staff were amazing which made the stay extra special. Really helpful and friendly, especially Ali who was happy to sit with us all night and teach us about Bedouin life and customs. The food was great too. Overall, I couldn't say a bad word about this place, everything was top notch and there wasn't much demand. Can't recommend highly enough.

Everything is good.

It was easy to book a night at the camp through the Booking website, and payment was made using a visa bank card, which made everything easier for us. I loved the camp and the friends who made us happy and provided us with all the comforts in the camp. I really thank them for their cooperation with us and meeting our requests with great pleasure. The jeep tour was great. It is fun, sand skating and learning about other cultures is nice. In return, we got a discount on the reservation and it was easy value for money. I will come back, thank you very much.

Ahmed was my guide and friend on this trip and gave me an enjoyable walking tour to explore the area surrounding the camp. We climbed the mountains and enjoyed the stunning views of Wadi Rum. In the evening, we had a private session around the fire. We grilled meat and vegetables, exchanged stories, and laughed in an atmosphere of joy and fun. It was a unique and unforgettable moment, as we gathered around the fire to share the experiences and adventures we had on our walks. He spoke English fluently, which was fun and enabled us to talk to him easily.

Everything is beautiful, no mistakes or unwanted things.

What a wonderful experience. The view is amazing, the comfort is perfect, the experience is great. You sleep well in the quiet, dark desert at night, and wake up to a delicious breakfast. Then you'll explore the stunning landscape and return to a nice, comfortable camp where you'll enjoy eating well and discovering a new culture. Nothing negative I loved the camp

It was a wonderful stay. The view from our tent was unforgettable. All our meals were excellent and plentiful. The staff was very helpful and helped us with everything we needed. When we caught a late bus they allowed us to eat breakfast later and allowed us to stay in the tent for a few hours after checking out. The best part of our trip was the full day jeep tour. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Jordan. Our tour guide was very nice and served us a delicious lunch in the middle of the desert. We loved everything about our stay. I would be very happy and recommended to stay at Wadi Rum travel camp.🤍

Everything is positive, the location is excellent, and the place is amazing.💯💯

I liked everything. The tents were great and the bathroom was actually nicer than mine at home. Breakfast and dinner were on an excellent menu, dinner was delicious and varied, many options and salads...all very fresh. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. The all-day dessert tour was good, and the outdoor cooked lunch was very tasty and filling. After that, the trip was in the pocket and it was for a full hour. We got a discount and left safely and comfortably. We will return to you, of course.

Great location in the middle of the desert. The sky is beautiful at night. Amazing room. Good breakfast and dinner. I took a full-day jeep tour in the desert, which was a wonderful experience through which I got to know many places in Wadi Rum. We sat in the evening with the camp guys and lit a fire and prepared tea and the songs were beautiful. We really enjoyed the camp and everything was beautiful, thank you.🤎🤎

Nothing, I liked the camp

AMAZING DESERT EXPERIENCE - Huts with a panoramic view of the starry desert sky, “Bedouin dinner” and all-day jeep excursion in the desert (you can choose from a few trekking options and also go camel riding etc.). ). Ahmed was friendly and spoke good English, and breakfast and dinner were a good choice of meals, also for vegetarians. As for leaving the car, there is a parking lot on site, where you will be picked up and transported to the camp in four-wheel drive vehicles.

Everything was great! There was a slight drain smell in the toilets but we understand that plumbing in the middle of the desert isn't amazing so it wasn't a problem!

It was amazing - dinner was the best meal we had in Jordan, the staff were so welcoming, we got a lovely Jepp tour in the morning. I also think this is one of the only camps where the rooms have terraces which are a game changer. Additionally, the camp works off solar panels making it more eco friendly but also meant we didn't hear the generator running! Overall, the Desert Magic Camp exceeded our expectations and we had the most wonderful time

Everything was perfect

The best camp and customer service in Wadi Rum desert. Ahmed, the owner of this magical place, went out of his way to make our experience in the desert unforgettable.... Jeep tour, camel ride, stargazing, Bedouin lunch, sand boarding - everything was so much more than we expected... I am so grateful To the jeep driver because they were able to find the small bag that she lost in the desert. Thanks guys again. The food was very delicious, 10/10, and spending the evenings with the local Bedouin singer by the campfire is something I will remember for the rest of my life. The staff is always available to talk to for more details. I was able to speak with someone prior to my arrival regarding booking activities and arrival time so they knew when to expect my arrival. Very reasonable prices for rooms and activities. Do it all if you can. The views from the camp over the valley are incredible. The only thing that saddened me was when I left the camp

An exciting trip with friends. We wanted to entertain ourselves after the end of the semester. We were received with a great welcome by the camp staff. They prepared dinner for us and it was delicious. It was a fun trip. In the morning we went on a camel ride and it was awesome. We laughed and had fun. We came back and had dinner and left after that. It was A more than amazing trip. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Ahmed and everyone.

Nothing. I think we were in a beautiful camp and we liked everything

My name is Sarah. My family and I came to spend our vacation in a camp in Jordan. After a long search, we chose Rum Neptune LUxury Camp. It is a beautiful camp that we saw in the pictures and we loved visiting it. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed in a manner befitting us, and our car was parked in a specific parking lot. After that, we went for a walk and had a long evening with My family, they prepared food and drinks for us. The rooms were very clean and had new furniture. We were very happy, and in the morning we went on a tour in the Wadi Rum desert on a 4*4 jeep. We enjoyed it and got to know many places in Wadi Rum. In the end, I thank everyone who participated in making us happy, especially Ahmed, the owner of the camp, who... He did not hesitate for a moment to provide our services, so I truly thank him.

Amazing experience! One of the most memorable experience we have ever had. After a few days in Jordan, we wanted to spend a day and night in Wadi Rum, and Fire Camp was definitely the best way to end the trip! The food is great, the tour is very complete and definitely worth paying for (we paid for a half day which was perfect in our opinion). And of course the people are the highlight of this experience, our amazing guide Ahmed is full of laughter and kindness and will take you to the best sunset spot! Thanks again to all the team, we will forever remember the memories we made!✊️

The entire stay at Rum Neptune Luxury Camp was a wonderful experience. It was well organized from start to finish. They picked us up from the visitor center and took us straight into the desert to watch the sunset. Later, we had dinner with other travelers at the camp, the food was delicious. The next day after breakfast, we went on a jeep tour for a few hours and it was an unforgettable experience - I can highly recommend it! I would like to advise the camp to undertake cultural trips to learn about the Wadi Rum desert other than jeep trips

Great place, great people (I mean all the staff especially the owner), all very kind. Incredible price, great food, good service and a view of the desert and night sky. I totally recommend this, too, the jeep tour in the desert was unforgettable and it's all thanks to our guide, who was the best - he didn't rush, he explained everything to us, let us see what we could, and tried to give us the best experience from all the desert landmarks and local points . You can park your car in the parking lot in Wadi Rum Village, then guys from the camp will drive you to the camp site. Please go there, it was a great experience and I will come back.

What a wonderful experience. The view is breathtaking, the comfort is optimal, the experience is fabulous. You sleep so well in the quiet and dark desert at night, and you'll wake up to a delicious breakfast. Wadi rum is a place you should visit; Sure it looks like another desert you would have probably seen but boy you are in for a surprise. Serene, peaceful and expansive. There is lots to see around at wadi rum. It really feels like you did step into Mars. Ahmad was our tour guide and we could not have asked for a better guide. He was really awesome. He cared for us, kept us safe and all the while had us entertained all till the end. He cooks well too. I would recommend Ahmad to anyone visiting wadi rum. Everything was absolutely wonderful

One of the best camps I have ever been to. We arrived late and were received very warmly by the host and staff. We sat and drank tea, exchanged conversations and laughed together. It was an interesting evening. In the morning we woke up and a delicious 100% natural breakfast was prepared for us. After that, we went on a camel trip and a jeep tour and returned to our place. We had lunch and it was a beautiful adventure. There are many things and events that happened that I forgot 😂 In the end, I thank you for your great hospitality.
