No internet. Kids play area not appropriate. Too much stairs, for adults residents it's fine, kids residence so exhausting. Restaurant is a big fail especially when it comes for foos and AC, they always close the area with AC and opens it for lunch and dinner, menu is not bad, I advise not to try breakfast. I recommend to eat outside or bring food with you fkr all meals.

Lots of local people (which I enjoyed), did mean that as a woman I did not really feel comfortable swimming, because I did not want to offend people and be respectful. It seemed only the men and children would enter the water.

Facilities cleaning fellow ups. Due to some of the visitors poor cleaning Habets . Sorry but the staff NEED TO KEEP UP and NOT leaving left overs items and foods till morning. * Not having staff personal available in the morning hours 5 to 8am ( 2 days in row) during our stay. The breakfast buffet need a lot of improvement it's below average. ( 9:30 to 11)am .

Stay was good comfy .. friendly staff good service and communication. Food is great... prices $$$ are hight and touristy for the quantity of foods and drinks . facilities are spaceious .. need cleaning fellow ups and MORE supervisor attention. Good place and facilities need some more attention.

Breakfast served form 9 o'clock. There is not enough staff. There were no other clients anyway. Internet is not working in the room (the administrator gave us a portable WiFi device).

Guests before us created quite a bit of litter. Providing more trash cans along with signs encouraging their use might help. In any case, staff should understand that visible litter will encourage more by future guests.

Beautiful, hilltop location afforded cool breezes & nice sunsets. The staff was more than accommodating. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Built with several unique venues to match a variety of needs. Great views of NW Amman & pastoral scenes nearby.

Need some care about room , mattress old and not comfortable unfortunately . And they allowed bachelor to enter the pool with entry fees unfortunately , that’s why the female family didn’t be comfortable with that . We need to advice them to separate the hotel guest and other other bachelor guest .

Where do it start, the rooms weren’t clean, the shower cubicle was so small and was leaking from the shower head. The water was leaking from the wash basin. The room was smelly too. The breakfast was pathetic, on day two they ran out of butter and jam too. There was no milk or fruits at the breakfast which was poor for a resort. The pool and the mini golf are just namesake. The resort hasn’t been maintained at all. There were no mats, blankets or towels in the room. When the towels were given, one was stained and the other had a big hole in the middle. When I raised this the first day, the manager said they’ll change my room for the next day, but he was nowhere to be seen. The internet was slow and patchy. The hotel internet doesn’t extend till the breakfast area and the internet there isn’t shared to the guests.

The art works placed in the hotel was nice. That’s about it.

1. The road through the forest to get to the property, last 150m was poorly signposted and littered with trash. Hundreds of rubbish bags and papers. Unsightly and utterly unkempt. 2. Difficult to navigate the facilities with no signs and steps up and down, and very confusing. 3. The so called “resort”, let’s clarify, hotel/ event complex was dirty, towels left in pool area from day before, dirty ashtrays, bins full of rubbish, old crib in hall all day, etc. 4. Room, tiny. 5. WIFI reception, nil. 6. There was a horse, tethered on a short rope without shelter or seemingly any water, under the 40° F degree weather in July. Additionally, there is an animal pen containing a deer, small as well, with just a tiny roofed enclosure. To me, this is animal cruelty. 7. As mentioned earlier, temperature and in July: Pool didn’t open until after 11:30am. 8. With the given description, USD70 approximately seems way overpriced. I had few choices, but would search further next time.

Convenient location between Jerash and Amman and AMM. The view from the balcony of the fields and hilltops. A particular young chap at breakfast, who left his personal mobile phone so I could work on mine, since the WIFI was poor at the restaurant and non-existent in the room. Free parking and late check out.

We came in the evening and couldn’t use the pool. Our room was tiny and smelly, and it wasn’t as celan as it should be.

The view was beautiful and there was free minigolf.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my son. It is located on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the city and the surrounding area, if you are planning to explore Amman and the surrounding area, it is a great base. The hotel rooms are large and well equipped. The manager deserves a special mention - he is very caring, helpful and offers advice. twice we left the hotel before breakfast asking to open the gate earlier around 7 am, we were surprised that breakfast was brought to our room in the evening before the planned departure. And that price!!! I recommend this place. Peter

Staff skills are too poor ,swimming pool is poor and not clean ,a-lot of chlorine, no phone extensions in the rooms , far from market and no shops around, food prices are too expensive

There was no break fast ,I had to leave to my work while nobody shows at 7:30AM, No body was even there to take room keys back , I had to leave them on bedroom. Staff lack basic tourism skills and food prices at dinner were super expensive.
