The water temperature was hard to get right.

The apartment is very spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults, 3 children and a baby. The view looking over Wadi was amazing!

Ahmed was an amazing host staying in touch even after we left to check we had arrived in Wadi Rum safely.. His wife's home made evening meals were incredible - we stayed for 3 nights and only ate out once (and wished we had stayed in!)

This property is truly outstanding. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and made us feel like family. The daily Arabic breakfast was wonderful, and he offered to make us a traditional Jordanian dinner for an extra fee as well which my whole family loved! The location is a five minute drive to the Petra visitors center and is a short drive to many great restaurants and markets nearby. We are so glad we stayed here and would love to stay again!

A big شكرًا to Ahmad for our perfect stay at Villa Basant, located on a hill with fresh air and wonderful view over Wadi Musa but very short distance to Petra visitor center. In the villa we had a private, very spacious apartment with extra living room, dinner area, bedroom with insuite bathroom, additional seperate WC and another bedroom we didn't need. Ahmad is an incredibly nice and caring host, he provides you with all you might need - informations, tipps, a Petra map, ... As well, he offers you the delivery of a private, home-cooked, tasty and amply dinner if u want. Ahmad answers very quickly and reliable to your whatsapp notices if you have any problems or questions. An extra plus is the washing machine, very helpfull for us, since coming from Wadi Rum, our clothing urgently needed a fresh up :-) I can highly recommend a stay at Villa Basant.

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Location was perfect/-close to Petra with a breathtaking view of the city. The host was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was provided as well as the makings for sandwiches for the children.

Nothing, enjoyed the place very much.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and felt like we were at home. The owner was extremely hospitable and lives close by if you need anything. Breakfast was convenient because they would deliver the meal the night prior. This allows you to leave for site seeing early (to beat the heat) and still enjoy the complimentary meal.

Not knowing about it on past visits to Petra and not knowing how nice it was or would have had many stays here before.

The view was amazing especially at night, the villa was spacious, organized and tidy. the welcome by the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Additionally they provide you with breakfast already in the room so 10/10 for me and my family.

What a great experience we had at Basant Villa! Our host welcomed us with such friendliness and helped us with everything! If you need something, just ask! The villa is located high on the hills in a new area. This means a beautiful, sparkling view each evening. We didn’t have a car but the family arranged to drive us and pick us up from all destinations, for a reasonable cost. Walking to the Petra Visitor Center would be challenging. Do consider getting dinner at the villa. The food was simply delicious!

Although they knew that 8 people (two families) were coming to the accommodation, only 7 beds were available. After mediation, the matter was settled.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the city. We had the whole floor to ourselves. The very friendly owner gave us many good suggestions regarding our visit to Petra.

The Basant Villa is a unique place with beautiful view and very helpful and kind owner. It was really a pleasure staying in this place. You can feel Jordan's atmosphere and admire a beatiful panorama of Wadi Musa. I am really impressed with the owner. He was waiting for us outside the door and greeted us so kindness I will never forget. He took care of us and thought of things as we hadn't thought like lunch boxes while exploring Petra. I recommend this place with all my heart and would like to come back someday.
