Amazing stay. Met by Mohammed at the airport after midnight but he was still the most amazing welcome to Jordan. Room was wonderful with good amenities and a view of the famous Blue Mosque. Breakfast was wonderful with strong allergen advice. I was really worried about travelling with my peanut allergy but staff put me at ease.

There is nothing that I did not like. Although, not a criticism as staff would advise us on what the food choices were when we asked, but having labels on the different food would be helpful too.

We were a group of ladies travelling together, and our stay at Kaya Hotel Amaan was superb. The Manager Marwan was fantastic he was always available to advise and resolve any queries we had. He assisted us with planning our excursions and gave us a great deal and a perfect bespoke itinerary. Amaan is very expensive so it was very much appreciated. My friend became unwell and needed some medication in the middle of the night, and staff were great in supporting us and went over and beyond. The food was great, and staff were so attentive - we were so well looked after. We also used the spa services and the hairdressers - the best blow dry I have ever had. So if you're staying at Kaya, then you must ask for Sabrin, and she will make your hair look amazing. Finally, I can not express enough gratitude to our guide and driver Rami, who spent the week taking us on local trips. No job was too big, and he ensured that we were safe and that we were not rushed. He would give us enough time at each site and provide us with information about the different places we visited. Kaya Hotel was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely visit again. A massive thank you to you all.

Old hotel. It needs renovation. Some of things didn't work like the safe, and the tv. Not 4 STAR hotel. The staff asking for a good rating which I don't like.

Good location in a peaceful neighbourhood not far from the centre. The breakfast was good and diverse enough. The room was cosy, comfortable with a pretty view on King Abdullah's mosque. Nice staff, helpful and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Amman!

Great stay! The staff members were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Thank you everyone for making our stay so nice. We got a room upgrade to a suite, which it was fantastic! Super spacious and big room. All the commodities, shower, etc. were great. Many plugs across the room and a small balcony. Breakfast buffet was good. We also used the spa and massage facilities which were great! Will definitely be back if I go back to Amman.

Helpful and friendly hotel staff. We could also book some tours over the hotel by one of the manager (Mr. Marvan). The driver of the hotel (Mr.İssam Abu Mustafa) was not only a good driver but also guided us for 2 days and explained the sights.

Awesome location and very professional staff. Last minute I requested for them to get out cash in JDs for me as I didn’t have time to make it to the ATM and they were able to make it happen at the hotel for a 3 JD fee which was very beneficial. The room is very comfortable and the hospitality is very welcoming.

It's a great hotel to base in. Close to the Jett bus office. And the staff were so helpful. There was a problem with the internet, but that was fixed immediately...just great service

WiFi didn’t connect in my room.

The staff was excellent. The manager especially, went out of the way for many things. There was a small problem with my booking, but the manager accommodated me very well. All staff were Very polite and always ready to help for any requests. I stayed in suite room, there was no WiFi network reaching there, there were a few minor inconveniences but I still would give a review of 10/10 because the way they tried to do everything to make my stay comfortable.

At the airport the driver Mohammad from the hotel has met me with a warm welcoming. On the road to the hotel he gave an information about Amman and many advices for the comfortable stay. It`s highly appreciated. The Kaya Hotel is fully met my expectation. Beautiful atmosphere, perfect Reception staff and bellman service, amazing room, tasty food, high class housekeeping service. I have requested for the Blue Mosque view and my wonderful room was exactly with the view I have required. In addition the hotel administration was so kind to arrange a late check out for me - so nice, highly appreciated from my side. After my 2 days the same driver picked me to the airport on time. I am planning to come back to spend my next vacation in this outstanding hotel, the price/quality balance is excellent, the hotel is 100% guest oriented for the comfortable stay on the tourists, big respect, thank you for making my stay in Jordan so unforgettable.

Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. I was given a room with a balcony and the view was really nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some restaurants and malls within walking distance, and a cheap uber ride down to the local shopping area and Rainbow Street.
