The staff were super kind and hospitable. I felt very safe there and comfortable to deal with everyone around. The furniture is extremely clean. The bedroom, toilets, towels, every single thing we touched felt like it was brand new. The hotel is relatively small which felt so cosy. Very close to many of Amman attractions, 6 to 15 mins drive. I'd like to send a special thanks to Bajes who offered us support on multiple occasions during our stay. This was my first but definitely not my last stay in Kaya hotel. I will hopefully come again to Jordan soon and Kaya hotel will be my destination.

Good location near to city centre, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, 5-30 mins walk and you can easily hire an uber/taxi (1.5-2JD) or opt for the hotel’s transport service. Clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are the best part of our stay, from reception to restaurant to maintenance staff — all were professional, friendly and ready to assist/help. Restaurant—reasonable price and they have the best lentil soup.

Outstanding hotel in a peaceful residential area. Excellent facilities, superb breakfast and lovely rooms - the hotel kindly upgraded us to the suite. staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Big thank you to the restaurant manager Ehab Qasrawi who catered for our every needs - a credit to the hotel as were all the other staff. Amazingly clean and not far by taxi (exceptionally cheap) to all the main attractions, others within walking distance. Do not hesitate to book - you won't be disappointed.

Odd occassions had to ask for toilet roll, gym was small. Outdoor pool not heated but didnt have time to use it

The Spa, the staff, the breakfast, the location. Burjes managed to arrange car hire for us, laith on the front desk helped us with the local area, abdur rahman in the spa gave us good treatment and service

It was a top-notch experience! I’m a frequent solo traveler and I’m spending more time in hotels than at home, but this was so far the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel! I was treated like a queen. At Hotel Kaya they take great care of their guests. I was greeted with a cold beverage upon arrival, and not only was the room so comfortable and clean, I had breakfast and dinner included plus airport transfer, which made my trip so relaxing as I didn’t need to worry about anything. Big plus, I had the most beautiful view from my room. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always taking care of my needs. The hotel is brand new, they opened two months ago. They also have a gym and the jacuzzi is to die for. Don’t even think about booking somewhere else, because I guarantee you, you will get your money’s worth! And if you want to take the JETT bus to do a tour, the bus station is only 10 minutes walk.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking

The staff was warm and friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The entire place looks new or recently refurbished with lots of details involving lighting and creating natural looking spaces indoors.

You have to pay quiet a bit of money if you want to use the sauna and whirlpool for one hour. Also they oddly played disco music in the spa which made the experience not so chill. When we asked the staff about it he replied: "well it suits our mood not yours" which I found a bit rude since I payed for the time.

A very beautiful location next to the down town service is more than wonderful. The staff are all wonderful and they have a swimming pool plus spa and do not forget the gym. Highly recommended

There was a celebration on the 4th floor so music was loud, just keep in mind , it ended by 10pm but just incase your getting off a long flight

Only downside was poor internet connection is some rooms and areas but overall we had a very good experience so cannot complain !!

Very happy with our stay at the hotel, it was short period only overnight so could not explore any of the facilities much, but was pleased with our stay, plus the bonus was they offered us a complimentary upgrade to family suite which was a nice touch!! Breakfast had many options and we enjoyed our stay her. Rooms are clean as well

Traffic cones placed around hotel entrance made it difficult for Uber drop offs/pick ups.
