It was only a very minor point and it didn't really affect the pleasure of the stay, but there was the continuous sound of some motor or electric engine that could be heard even at night. But it was not really loud, and again, it didn't affect the stay in any way.

The staff was exceptionally kind, courteous, friendly and professional. In particular Jiries, Sham and Huda, and also Fatima. The room was comfortable, and the sea view as expected, beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and served in a pleasant atmosphere.

The gym could use some love - it’s way too hot, the staff didn’t know how to lower temperature; on weekends had to wait a while for a treadmill to free up even though there’s space for an extra treadmill. Staff at the front desk could be trained a lot better - we were told that we’re eligible for a discount on our stay as we’re Kempinski members as well as an upgrade to club access for 30 JOD. When we got the bill at the end of our stay, we were told they couldn’t apply a discount even though we even have a paper showing the previous receptionist confirming & also that we misunderstood and club access was 30 JOD per night, rather than per stay (when previous receptionist told us it was a flat fee). This is really disappointing as it resulted in additional 200 JOD cost and not th experience I’m used to from Kempinski

Truly Nothing!

Very sleek and stylish contemporary design. The rooms, adorned in pristine white, exuded a refreshing feel with abundance of natural daylight streaming in. It truly felt like a breath of fresh air. Probably the best beachfront at Ayla with stunning views, not to forget the infinity pool. F&B, service, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly helpful stuff who are attentive to details, are all top notch!

The initially provided baby crib was not safe for a 9 months old baby, but we immediately got a new one which was great.

The staff - especially the staff at the breakfast, they must be among the nicest and most wonderful people we met in Jordan or on anyone of our travels. Keep up the good work. They made us our baby daughter have so much fun, love and laughs Everything we needed was met with utmost respect and effort. Even when we needed a tool to repair our stroller, or the light of the fire detector above our bed to be turned off. The broken baby crib as replaced the same night.

The food quality is medium compared to the very high price charges, the curtains are dirty from inner layer (looks nasty), and the ceiling insulation is very poor as we kept hearing guests above us slamming the floor during the night For the 5 stars given the expectations were higher.

Breakfast was perfect , location is very good, the staff are extremely helpful and professional.

One of the hotel restaurants didn't turn out as expected, both food and service were poor. Some of the hotel staff seem a bit unwilling to help, might need some training effort.
