Breakfast and the triple room have small windows with little light.

Next to the market (souk) which was good and bad simultaneously. It's an interesting market, but there is too much garbage everywhere and very smelly...

On the weekends (Thursday, Friday), the street is very loud making it hard to sleep, other days are OK. The room are filled with light at sunrise, can wake you up if you're sensitive to lighting.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with tourist activity, the beds are super comfy and the room are very nice and practical. Everything is clean and WiFi works great. Breakfast is decent but lacks option in my taste however I didn't have anything better in Jordan at other places.

It was a strange smell from bathroom floor ( water). Pillows are to big, it is hard to sleep if you are used to have small.

Hotel have perfect location, everything is close ( market, ATM, restaurants..) Rooms are nice. They welcome us with ballons and dry roses on the bed for our anniversary. They park your car in front of hotel because it is a busy street and the tourists are not used to that.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Excellent location in the heart of the downtown. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. I would highly recommend it!

It was hard for me to parallel park so the staff would park my car for me, which was very nice.

The room are well isolated, but it is just behind the souk, it is noisy until late in the night and around the hotel it is dirty due the souk trash. The breakfast is quite poor during the ramadan being served in the room, there is not so much choise.

The Hotel is direct in the downtown, few minutes walk from the roman theater and new the down town. Perfect for tourism. very helpful personel and clean hotel. Parking place on the street, with a parkman who is parking for you the car, a big advantadge for the chaotic road. I would like to come back there.

A bit of noise from the street below.

Location close to center of the city. Staff very friendly and professional. Room clean and nice. Breakfast excellent. All in all a most satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

Parking could be a bit tricky but there is someone to help with that.

The location is very central and close to everything, the hotel seems new and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super nice and upgraded our room and the hotel owner himself had a chat with us during dinner time :))

We paid for breakfast however, due to Ramadan, we had boxes delivered to our room. They did not contain much and we didn’t think they reflected the price we paid.

We landed in Amaan at 10:30 pm and so it was very helpful that they had a 24-hour check and we could park our car right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and only 20 minutes walk away from the citadel on top of the hill. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best locally-run hotel in the centre of downtown Amman. Modern, clean, well-equiped, plenty of services, helpful and very welcoming staff. Perfect location for visiting the city, right next to the main Suq, minutes from the Citadel and Roman Theatre. Best thing about the hotel is the Operations Manager Hassan Mohammed. If you are looking for a driver/ tour guide he is your man! He will take you around all the sites in and outside Amman (ex: Jerash, Ajloun castle,…) safely and securely while providing invaluable information about Jordan and the does and fonts as a tourist. He was the highlight of our trip and I can highly recommend his services! Top professional and a genuinely good man.

No parking outside for taxi pick up and drop off. Central traffic means Ubers reluctant to do short run pick ups from hotel.

Fantastic location, 5 minutes from the roman theatre. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Amman and backs on to the souk. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and during Ramadan food is brought to your room.
