All was good. It's not the host's or the apartment's fault, but it can be difficult to explain the location of the apartment to taxi drivers. The host provided detailed instructions (English + Arabic) which we carried around. This helped a lot.

Central location, very large apartment. The host was helpful and we even received some home made sweets as Ramadan gift. Internet worked perfectly, we enjoyed our stay. It was great to have a large drinking water dispenser in the apartment.

Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The bedroom has an amazing full glass window and balcony but it does let noise in. The morning call to prayer was very loud and woke us up.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The host was extremely welcoming and gave us plenty of tips for our week trip in Jordan. Location was pretty central - 10-20 minute walk to most things. We would definitely stay here again!

Jamal is a wonderful host and looked after us from arrival to departure. His apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. But Jamal’s invaluable advice is what made the stay very pleasant. He provides information concerning local attractions and eateries, as well as advice on travelling farther afield. He also arranged a hire car for us that was extremely competitive. In addition, he arranged pick up and drop off to and from the airport. The location of the apartment, within walking distance of major sites such as the Citadel and Jordan Museum, and Rainbow Street, is very convenient. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend this property!

Jamal was very welcoming. He gave great suggestions for forex exchange, restaurants and sightseeing. He organized an airport pickup too. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay and it is very conveniently located. He lives just next door ,so if you need anything he's just around the corner.

Be aware that there are stairs to climb, both public from the street and on the property, so mobility impaired persons could have some difficulty. Off-property parking is not difficult to find; just remember you are in a city and might have to walk a block or two.

Spacious and well appointed. The host/owner lives next door, and is a fantastic and accessible resource for car hire, eating/shopping recommendations, and more.

Nothing Jamel has thought of everything

The location could not have been better, just five minuets from down town or two minutes to Rainbow street. The apartment was great value for money with excellent wifi, cooling pump and a kitchen so easy to self cater. Jamel was the perfect host. Help me to set up some unusual excursions out of town and was a wealth of knowledge as to all the best places to see and eat. Plan to stay next year when l return.

I loved having the washing machine! I made happy use of it. The A/C was very good, and the bathroom, and above it all - Jamal, the host!

While the apartment may be a bit small, it is organized very well and has everything you may need.

Great host that meets you, shows you the place and explains any needed info, and also has a suggestion list for sights & more. Nice having a washing machine & fridge! Easy to walk to the main sights and lively markets.

Since it is at street level you can hear people talking at very late hours.

The best host with a beautiful history dating back to over a 100 years! Jamal took care of us as if we were his own family, he’s my uncle now:-) Thank you so much again, my mom felt very comfortable traveling alone with me for the first time. The location is perfect for exploring sites in walking distance and around the corner from the famous Rainbow street. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and the host is always available for tips and help. Whenever we visit Amman again, we will be definitely staying here again.

Good sized and very clean apartment with nice balcony overlooking downtown. Big bed with excellent mattress and pillows. Very friendly owner who gave great advice about the city, restaurants , moneychangers, tourist places. There is airport pickup and he arranged a car for visiting Jerash, all at very competitive prices.

The host's tips and advice. You get a full list by Whatsapp upon your arrival and Jamal explains everything in person as well. The location is very close to Rainbow Street, the busy city center, and has a great view of the city. The house is excellent, big in size, with a comfortable big bed and also a great tv to rest on. Park around the house is free and the host reserves a couple of parking spaces.

nothing to dislike

Good location in downtown. excellent helpful cooperative English speaking Mr. jamal family specially his daughter Mecca and wife who served us a wonderful and delicious Jordanian complementary dinner. we can never forget this hospitality. cleanliness and almost all facilities in the appartment. we wish to visit them again and again.

The location is in walking distance to the historical center to visit lots of tourist attractions. Our host was very kind and helpful. He also advised where to go to eat local foods (thanks for this, everything were really tasty). We enjoyed the conversations with him.
