Towels were very old, and their color turned to black from white. Its time to change them and the room needed more cleaning efforts. I ordered food to my room but I noticed that they sent me a dish of fried potatoes instead of Kubbeh.. while the price was not changed

Washroom had muslim shower leakage that they tried to fix soo much but it wasn't able to get fixed. Breakfast in this price was veryyyy limited not at level of this hotel.

The staff was very good even the ones at breakfast time. The rooms wr quite good and comfy. The breakfast was average. Location was also very good and parking was good. Just a bit on top so if u walk it wl b wd effort. Washroom accessories wr also good. Refrigerator, heating, kettle and tea items all were amazing. There were very good big windows. Big cupboards. Good space to keep clothes.

It’s a bit far from the centre so you’ll need a taxi to get to the centre.

Staff greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived at 3am. The bed was a good size and it was very comfortable. The gym had a variety of machines and was a good size. There’s a nice traditional restaurant about 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The key card was not working whenecer i return from work. So each day i learn this when i reach the room and always used to come down to lobby again and get clearance. Thisnis basically for sexurity purpose, but i find it tiring.

The location is close to somenof the best spots. For me it was closer to all my meetings.

Very nice boutique hotel that I would recommend to anyone staying in Amman. For the price you get a very modern, very clean and comfortable room. The lobby is lovely and the staff is welcoming. We stayed at the hotel at the end of our 11-day vacation trip in Jordan and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property that surpassed standards of some big hotels we stayed in 👌

I would like to offer some feedback that I believe could contribute to enhancing the guest experience. Firstly, I'd like to mention that the bathroom size in our room was somewhat small, which made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. An increase in the space allocated to the bathroom area would greatly improve the overall room experience and guest comfort. Additionally, I noticed that the breakfast menu lacked a variety of options. Having a broader selection of breakfast items would certainly enhance the dining experience for guests and cater to different preferences and dietary needs. Furthermore, there were a couple of instances during our stay when we requested a cup of tea to be delivered to our room, but unfortunately, it did not arrive despite multiple calls. This was a bit frustrating as we were looking forward to enjoying some in-room refreshments. Additionally, when we requested an extra blanket, we were informed that none were available. It would be highly appreciated if such requests could be fulfilled promptly to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests.

I had the pleasure of staying recently, and I am compelled to write this recommendation due to the outstanding experience I had during my stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptionally warm and friendly staff, and in particular, I'd like to highlight the excellent service provided by Abdulhameed. From the moment we arrived, Abdulhameed greeted us with a genuine and welcoming smile that immediately put us at ease after a long journey. What truly impressed me was his proactive approach to resolving an issue we encountered during the booking process. We had reserved a junior suite designed for four people, but our reservation only showed accommodations for two. This discrepancy was frustrating, as I had called the hotel in advance to ensure our needs were documented, only to find out that my call was not recorded in their system. Abdulhameed handled this situation with the utmost professionalism and dedication. He made multiple phone calls on our behalf, going above and beyond to ensure that our reservation was accurately reflected. His persistence and commitment to resolving the issue were truly commendable. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated Abdulhameed's outstanding performance and the peace of mind he provided during our stay. His exceptional customer service exemplified the high standards. Furthermore, the hotel's location is truly convenient, with numerous shops and restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away. This proximity to local attractions added great value to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location further enhanced our stay, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. even we had the pleasure of experiencing not only warm hospitality but also outstanding valet service. I would like to take a moment to recognize a gentleman who truly made a positive impact on my stay. His politeness was a refreshing and memorable aspect of our stay.

Theere is not view at all at 1st floor from the window. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Double rooms are actually 2 single beds together with 2 mattress which is uncomfortable. Breakfast is good despite the pastries which were not fresh at all and old. Parking ia not easy. Otherwise everything is good
