Nice central location near the castle and a funky square. Breakfast was good - even included omelettes! We only had one day in Aqaba so no chance to explore. There is no swimming near the beach (or at least none that is welcoming if you are a woman who intends to wear a western style bathing suit) so we drove out to one of the beach clubs.

Minor things: the room safe didn't work and the fridge in the room had a glass front so the internal light was visible throughout the night! Weird, but hardly detrimental to my stay.

The hotel is just across the road from the Arab Revolt Plaza and the city's South Beach, and just 20 minutes' walk from the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, so the location is very convenient, even if the actual street it's on is uninspiring. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

I have to highly recommend Laverda to everyone. This is surely a clean, warm and convenient place for travellers. Facilities worked well. What I satisfied the most is the reception service. Sorry for my not catching your names, but they really helped me a lot for seeking the local restaurant, the good way to explore the city.

The only (minor) issue is that a couple times, the room wifi needed to be reset. But even then, I was able to go to the lobby or restaurant for a solid connection. And the staff always promptly fixed the wifi

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all of the local amenities. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breckfest was fantastic. I would absolutely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is in the centre of the city and right near the beach and interesting neighbourhoods. Our room was bright and roomy with a nice balcony. The staff, particularly Ibrahim, were extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was sufficient and the view from the dining area excellent.

This was one of our favourite places that we stayed in during our 2 week road trip! We loved the comfort and excellent views of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, bed was very clean and comfortable. The shower was awesome, great pressure and plenty of hot water! Something that is often lacking in other places! Breakfast room had great views and we really appreciated the personal chef preparing eggs as you like. The rest of the breakfast was excellent too. We highly recommend this comfortable hotel.

This was our very first time visiting Jordan, and Aqaba was our entry point. We arrived super late (1:30am in the morning) after flying 17 hours over the course of 2 days. We had been in touch with Ibrahim from reception and Rakan (the manager) for a few weeks before our arrival. They both made sure our stay was impeccable: we were promptly picked up at the airport by Saddam, a very courteous gentleman, who safely dropped us at the hotel where we were checked-in very smoothly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was served on time every day (starting at 7am) on the top floor, boasting nice views of Aqaba. In our opinion, the breakfast was plentiful and very good. All-in-all, a very good experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing location, but whats more, the staff were some of the nicest people Ive ever met. My husband came in very ill, and they arranged a doctor to come to the hotel. Moreover, they helped us with everything else and made me feel comfortable and safe in a very scary time. They went above and beyond and we are forever thankfull. A home away from home.
