Nothing really, especially for the price.

Great value hotel and exceptionally nice people. Good location, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Kettle in the room. I’ve stayed in a different hotel nearby, but didn’t like it. Moved here - this was much better and cheaper. And it’s nice that they try to renovate, I feel like a lot of local hotels just staying as is since decades ago. Something worth supporting.

It was a good stay, clean, quiet, safe rooms and excellent staff. I thank my brother Aseel, engineer Mahmoud, Zakaria and Ahmed, and since the service for the money is excellent, I recommend it without hesitation.

Hotel is under renovation and works are being done inside.the hotel. Rooms are new but not well finished. Not clean with bad smell on the sheets. Very noisy with trucks on the street during the night and people doing works at 2am. Other all there is a henhouse and cock crowing anytime on the street in front Not easy to rest in this messy area.

Spacious room Looks like they are doing a refurbishment and there is more to do. They have to be encouraged. For the moment it worses the stay for 1 night. Shoukran.

The cleanliness isn’t good . The ground was so pollued with dust . One of the staff was very surly I didn’t feel comfort with his face features

They dont accept credit card. Basic facilities could be improved though. The wifi is very poor in my room at the 2nd floor. Despite having informed the reception about it. I basically lived off of my data during my 4 day stay there. I’ve asked for clothes iron and was never given one, hair blower is also not there.

The location of the accommodation was really good, it was in the centre of everything, always just a few minutes away from places / meeting points that I had to go to. The hotel staff are nice and accommodating even with the difficulty to speak in English. If you won’t be around most of the day and just need a place to crash at night after your activities, I can recommend this. Only for a few days though, not for a long-term stay.

The price is great and the furniture looks decent and new , the room wasn’t super clean like the fridge and the bathroom and the bathroom was really old and smells weird People in the hotel was friendly and super helpful and nice and the hotel was close to everything the public beach and supermarket’s restaurants and coffee houses If you’re broke this is perfect for you

They organized us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The taxi didn't show up and they were telling us many times wait a few minutes more until we gave up and had to find another taxi with different rate. The rooms are quite nice but it's incredibly bright in the night. Also there has been singing from a mosque that was so much louder and more often than usual. Only works if you're an easy sleeper. Worst of all we were asking them about a restaurant and they brought us to another claiming it's the best. End of story we got food poisoning from the fish place they brought us.

Swimming pool and hot tub both advertised amongst other amenities, none of which present. We had 2 nights here before visiting petra and 1 night after petra, when we came back we were told we hadn't booked the same room (we had) and was given a unacceptable room instead.
