The apartment is stunning with a lovely view of the Sunset, large spaces and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The pool was great and outdoor area was great!

The location. I didn’t realise we were 25 minutes from the Dead Sea and quite literally there is nothing other than houses around. Also somewhat hard to find and very steep location. No marking of property name on the outside of the building. The nearest restaurant type places are 10-15 minutes drive away. There was no toaster and no matches for the gas stove so we couldn’t cook. Little signs of aging that didn’t detract from the overall stay but enough to be noticeable. The wifi is super slow. Do t come here if you need to work. The mozzie zapper right at the couch! It was super loud. Some fly screens would have been good so we could leave the doors open without all the flies coming in. We wouldn’t stay again as for the price range we can be on the Dead Sea in a similarly appointed apartment or hotel.

The property itself is well described on other reviews. Everything was quite lovely and spacious for the three of us. Could easily accomodate six people here. My teenage daughter liked having her own space downstairs. The pool obviously is spectacular but too cold for me to get in. Nice and clean. The water filter was a nice touch. Having clean pool towels. The view included the Dead Sea in the distance and the sunset was incredibly beautiful. So glad to have a washing machine and powder to use.

There was a few very BIG cockroaches one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen, it was evident to me this problem is a regular situation as the owner had put cockroach killer powder all around the edge of the rooms before we arrived.. (thankfully this meant when we found them they were already dead).

The property is very modern and beautiful to look at, the infinity pool really is gorgeous!

The villa is very spacious and has most of the things a family would need in a vacation rental .The villa also has a lovely infinity pool . Perfect for families with kids from very young to older kids . Close to Amman and Dead sea in your personal car .

WiFi was very slow. There is trash littered in the neighborhood, but that’s very common throughout Jordan.

Lots of space, great pool and lounging area, nice view, communicative and friendly staff, central location for seeing all the sites in northern Jordan.

The property was more spacious than in the images and was plenty big enough for our family. Basil was very responsive to messages; check in was easy and the villa was clean with everything you could need. The pool was lovely in the heat and the outside area had many seating places. There was even a washing machine on arrival which was an added bonus. The villa is ideally placed between amman and the dead sea. The dead sea was only a 20 minute drive away by car. There were a strip of shops 10 minutes away with supermarkets, street food etc.

The property could have been cleaner.

The pool and outdoor area were great. The view was good as well and compared to other Dead Sea accommodation it was reasonably priced. There was no washing machine when we went but the owner kindly offered to have out cloths dry cleaned at his expense. Good communication and an enjoyable stay.

In contrast to the villa, the area is somewhat shabby. There was a problem wirh the locking of the gate, which was solved, but some extra attention could be given to this.

A beautiful villa with a garden that looks out over the death sea valley. Perfect place for winding down after two weeks of travelling through Jordan.

It is not at the Dead Sea but at a small rural community about 20 min. drive from the Dead Sea. There is nothing to do around, no restaurants or even a grocery store. The place itself is clean and has walls to it, but lots of garbage around. The person who welcomed us seems surprised when we arrived(we did book the last minute), and spoke not a word of english

The property location isn’t the best; a lot of litter. You don’t notice this when you’re inside as there are high walls. To get to the property you have to drive down a very steep hill.

The entire property was absolutely stunning. Sheets and towels provided in plastic wrap and were incredibly fresh. There was a dust storm while we were there and the day after the guard came to clean the pool out for us. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating and the guard was always available if we needed any help. Beds were comfy and we really enjoyed playing darts! There were loads of outdoor spaces to enjoy the view! Parking inside a locked gate was amazing!

This isn’t the actual properties fault but the surrounding area had a lot of rubbish, which caused a lot of flies, but this is nothing to do with the property, it is a problem with the actual area. You could stay anywhere here and the same problem would occur so this would not deter me from staying here.

The villa is stunning, we’d have loved to have stayed even longer! The place is clean, comfortable and really nice, felt like a real luxury to stay here! There was a cold water machine, a coffee machine, a beautiful pool and sitting area to watch the sunset. Truly a highlight of our Jordan trip, was staying here! Myself and my friends had a wonderful day and night in the villa.

We had a lot of troubles with low water flow, no water heat, broken door locks, bad wifi, TV not working, unable to switch lights, ... Most of that came from bad communication: the guys with the key could not speak English nor write (I had to write my contract myself) and were not motivated. Some problems were corrected by the landlord via WhatsApp, but we did not bother to discuss all problems. For that money one can simply expect something different

When we came to this Villa we were really disappointed. Nothing was prepared for our stay. We came directly from the Dead sea and we needed a shower but there were missing towels and also there was only cold water at the beginning. Nothing was prepared for our stay. The Internet didn't work but it was not a big deal. There was a guard, unfortunately, he didn't speak English (I don't know how someone can invite tourists without English). I had a call with the owner about these shortcomings, but the most important thing for him was money. There was no possibility to pay with a card, but it was not a big deal. This Villa was really nice, but unfortunately, the owner did nothing to make our stay nice.

The host was very friendly and helpful, he was very communicative before our arrival. He told me all that we should need before arrival. Villa was very nice.
