I am a light sleeper, could hear noises above the floors and could hear noise from corridors. Maybe a design fault with the building.

Clean, spacious new rooms, good shower, good breakfast, nice staff. Location really good, somehow very little traffic going to this hotel. Starbucks right next to the hotel. Good free parking.

Everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful esp Waleed. The kitchen staff ensured that they prepared the breakfast ahead of time knowing that we had to leave for airport early. Had a good time eventhough it was a short time in Amman.

Lacks a bit of diversity in the breakfast buffet, but staff were doing their best to assist! Warm water lasts for less than 10 minutes when showering, it was a struggle to wait until it warms up again would be perfect if it gets fixed ASAP please :(

My stay was just amazing, perfect location, amazing services and extremely friendly staff (HATS OFF FOR THE STAFF!) I always has staff assisting me wheneer needed, they are super super nice and friendly, rooms are very clean! Location is just perfect I love the area, super safe and close to everything in town!

1. The water wasnt always warm , only for 10 min and then we should wait 30 min . 2.the heating aircondition had a loud noise and it was difficult to turn it off and sleep in a quiet environment 3.coffee and juice is important , juice was available only one day out of 2 and americano coffee was not good. But u can ask for turkish coffee and they are really kind to give you that . 4. please dont forget that women need hair dryer in the room .

1. Location was great ,when weather is good u can walk up the hill where the ancient sites are. of course u need a good physical condition. Supermarket ,coffee shop and great falafel shop with magnificent fatteh nearby. 2.Breakfast was nice , authentic jordan with haloumi , halva , boiled eggs ,some red sauce , sausages, courgettes , toast bread or pita bread . 3.people/service are really nice and kind . 4. they gave us late check out free of charge . 5.the appartment was really clean .

Nothing - Everything was perfect

Loved the location of the property - it was right in the midst of loads of activities, very lively area , I felt totally safe. The breakfast was typical middle eastern fare so appropriate for the location. I want to thank the staff of this hotel - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Professional and courteous they are all a huge credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel and whenever I'm back in Jordan - I will definitely book to stay at Liv Weibdeh Hotel Suites

The only thing is that is not sound proof as they say. I could hear the noise of the street and from the halloway.

The recepcionist(Tamara) was very kind, attentive and helpful. She solved my inconvenient with the room promptly, and she was following throughout the entire process. I like places where the staff works and cares for the customers, just like she did.

Breakfast - it could be way better super basic and not worth waking up for but there’s a lot of restaurants in the area within walking distance Necessities - towels and other necessities were scarce as the hotel is very new so we didn’t always get new towels but I think as time goes on the hotel will get better

The hotel is beautiful and brand new. Located right on Paris Square with tens of restaurants surrounding the area all within walking distance and situated right on top of a 24 hour Starbucks. The staff is exceptionally friendly (special thanks to Louay!) and the room is fully equipped and clean and comfortable. Wonderful stay!

The only thing that was disappointing was breakfast. It was far below the standard of the hotel. Breakfast was quite small and modest.

Great location, private parking. We had free upgrade to Junior Suite and the suite was really large, with living room and kitchen and extra toilet in the living area, huge bed and large bathroom. It was quiet and A/C and everything was working properly.

Room floors not carpeted so it can get quite cold so maybe provide a pair or 2 of slippers in the room.

Weibdeh Heights is perfectly located. The rooms have all the basics and the bathrooms modern. Very close to all the nice caffés and restaurants in the area.

The fact that I had to leave!

I just love this hotel and I would definitely came back here everytime I’ll be back in Amman! The staff is so polite and helpful ( especially the guy who was in reception tonight, 22.01). Sorry if I forgot the name, but you was really so helpful and kind to arrange the airport transfer and help us keep the luggage safe after the check out. Whoever commented about the hot water and other facilities missing, that is A LIE! I had HOT water nonstop, everything is so beautifully furnished, brand new, the breakfast is delicious and you have multiple options to choose from. The heating system works perfectly! If you do not know how to use the hot water, heater etc. just ASK. Don’t give a bad review just because you are incapable of using brand new technology. Someone knocked on our door daily to ask if we need anything, including cleaning. They offered us free water, tea, clean towels etc. I almost missed this place because of some reviews they had and that would have been such a pitty! I am very glad I chose Liv Weibdeh, it came as a breath of fresh air after the adventure in Petra & Wadi Rum. Special thanks to the staff once again! And if you plan to visit Amman, stay at this hotel. I promise you won’t regret!

Clean, comfortable, spacious. This accommodation was exceptional. It was really clean and tidy with great facilities. Kettle, tea, coffee and water provided. The open space has a sofa as well and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Overall this was great value for money to visit the city.
