I hated that this is an arabic hotel in an arabic country and THERE ARE NO squat bathrooms "Eastern wc"

Very outdated decor and uncertain on how clean it was, especially the washrooms. When you sat on the toilet, your knees were up against the door. My partner said the toilet in the male washroom had feces in it for a while before it was cleaned. I was never told that the female washroom remained locked to prevent males from entering it, so I had my partner stand outside while I used the male washroom (when I was finally told where the key was, it wasn't a problem).

Great location. One of the female members of staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

The location and the personal is really good. The beds are too hard and the bathroom gets really wet because the shower doesn’t really exist.

Painting done during my stay which meant vile smell of kerosene stuck around for days. No toilet paper/towels etc.

The rooms could be refurbished a bit and the noise from the street was quite loud since it is so much in the centre (that's a plus!) but other than that, it was perfect!

The location was incredible, right in the centre, and my friend and I had our own room for the usual price of a dorm - but most of all, it was hospitality of the owner that impressed us. An incredibly simpatico old man who not only showed us everything we were looking for but also made us tea and in generally made our mornings!

Location is really well, its literally in the middle of the town. Lift, wifi they have, Rooms are comfortable, heating/cooling is possible in the rooms. On the corner of the street exc. street food, opposite on the main street two other restaurants. Shopping places, money exchange and a small bakery with amazing donuts in 5 min walk . Staff is very cute, helpful and kind, we had a great time there. Its not a 5 star hotel, but for this price its a really great hostel. Thank you for your hosting!

As it is in the middle of the city, full of bars and restaurants, it was noisy during the night. It was also cold during the night (we came in January).

The location was really great, fully in the centre and close from everything. We had a room at the corner of the building with a beautiful view. We had a private bathroom, and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly too.

The shared bathroom is very simple, bring your own towel and you won't have any issues. Some rooms might get noisy from the bars below.

really old basically everything in the hotel...bed sheets with holes from cigaretes.. we saw 1 dirty sock in shared hotel corridor for 2 days :D

friendly and helpfull staff, they also changed our room to room with private bathroom. good location - by downtown. our room was silent - cause the window leaded to some shaft (no view on the city)

Location was great for access to monuments - Roman Theatre, Citadel. In a real buzz of downtown Amman. Great local cafes with good food and very good prices.
