The hotel is very clean with big, well lighted rooms. The always smiling staff couldn`t be more friendly and helpful. The brakfast was very tasty, varied and plentyful. Location is also very good, just couple of minutes by walk to the beach and city center.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was very hot in the room, even if the selected temperature was 16º. The real name iof the hotel is not Mass Paradise 2 and with Google Maps you arrive in another street and they tell you how to get there. I think it was Alena Hotel

We only spent one night in Aqaba, but the hotel was a good choice. You can have breakfast paying 5 JOD and in the roof top you have a nice view from the city. Don't miss the swimming pool on the top as well!

The staff was very friendly and fixed all the problems we had (e.g. the fridge stopped working and was exchanged within minutes). The balcony view was amazing and the location good, very close to the marked and a short walking distance to the Red Sea.

I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality / price ratio is very good. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the center and maximum 10 minutes to the public beach. it is very close to shops and restaurants. About 5 minutes you climb a small hill, but it is not exhausting. the rooms are large, the bed mattresses are comfortable and have their own balcony. There is also a mini fridge in the room. The dressing is not closed, it consists of some shelves, but it did not bother us. the cleaning is relatively ok, you have to ask them to come and do the cleaning, otherwise no one will bother you. The bathroom is ok, the hot water is given by a boiler and you have clean towels. . At the same time, the hotel benefits from a small indoor pool and jacuzzi.

There were no toilet rolls or shampoo available in the hotel.The phone in my room was not working. I informed a staff member about these issues, and they assured me that they would provide everything I needed. However, when I returned to my room after being out for a few hours, I found that nothing had been solved, and I had to ask for the essentials again. The room was also dirty, and the shower was attached to the top wall which made it difficult to use. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was extremely unclean. I’m pretty sure the sheets and towels in my room weren’t washed from the previous guests as there were stains, makeup and lots of black hairs all over the sheets. I had to sleep with my own clothes covering the pillowcase. Mouldy shower and no toilet paper in room when we arrived.

Good location, the lady working at reception was very nice and helped us book snorkelling and taxis.

There was supposed to be dinner on the roof in the evening but when we went up there was nothing there. Luckily there is plenty of food available close by and everything seemed to be a fair price and very tasty. The bathroom was tiny!

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, helpful and good at English. The surrounding area is not super nice but okay and close to the centre of town so you can easily walk there. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The pool area is nice but the furniture needs repairs/replacement.

It's a central location but there's a lot of building work going on around - and dusty empty land plots. The pool area lacks shade and the room cleaning wasn't great. Room not swept and tea/coffee not replenished. Just needs a bit of attention to detail.

Newly refurbished hotel with smart modern feel. Nice spacious room, with balcony overlooking the street - sea view to one side. Comfortable bed and good air-con plus plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Open lobby area and also spacious roof-top terrace for breakfast and the views. Pool was nice but no shade up there, so quite hard to find a spot to relax. Good breakfast served on the roof. Very friendly staff, access to the Beach Club is a bonus (but no cheaper than if you booked direct). Basically a good place to chill for a couple of days - within walking distance of Aqaba centre - but not much more than that.

Unfortunately Many aspects :-( First when we booked we booked to Mass Paradise 2 that looks more fancy, bigger and of course more expensive than Mass Paradise to find out that it is the same hotel. So the start was upsetting why paying more to get the same. The hotel is located on a construction site and we got the view on garbage and dust not the beautiful mountain /sea view we were expected + the public beach / restaurants were a good walk away. This was also very disappointed. We got the room 205. First the room was definitely not 40sqm like we booked and paid extra for and after seeing other room we realized they were all the same. Lots of items was not working such as no batteries to the tv remote, fridge was acting like a freeze and the kettle worked only when holding the switch. Satellite Tv was only in Arabic except for Dubai One. Definitely not a 4* hotels quality and maintenance. The shower room was really small and so badly designed you could not have 1 person with the door open. The shape of the shower and size was ridiculously small lower than international standards quite challenging to shower your kids, the towel rack was misplaced above the toilets due to lack of space and the sink was bigger than the shower itself. Also the shower drain was very slow and you had to wait in the middle of the shower to avoid a flood. The room cleanest was very poor I moved one of the bed the first night and found some long dark hair under 1 bed when we all have short hair in the family without mentioning that out of the 4 nights we stayed they clean the rooms only once with cleaning products . The last day before check out we checked under beds and found a box of tobacco as well as a dirty knife + beer capsule that were on the balcony when we arrived and still there after 4 days. One more proof of poor cleaning. Not to mention that we had to ask everyday for towels that were removed and never replaced. The « clean » towels had a smell of fried and smoke.

There were not one bed and towels in the room. The bed provided was broken in the middle. Operation requires training. The cleaning of the room took place only 1 time at my request. Only once in 4 days was soap added upon my request.

Breakfast was poor. Ran out of bread and flies everywhere due to buffet being outside. Nothing was replenished quickly, if at all, and no service on the rooftop after breakfast.
