I didn’t like the domes were covered before checked out 10:30 - they should be covered after check out so people still can take pictures of the place Bathroom shower could be cleaner as it was mouldy Breakfast could be a bit better for that price There should be covered place for camels so they don’t stay non stop standing in the sun - it was hard to see animals views like that - please look after them

We absolutely loved our stay at Memories Aicha Luxury Camp! Our panoramic dome offered breathtaking views of the secluded Martian landscape. It felt truly luxurious with everything we needed for comfort, including the comfortable bed. The food was delicious! The staff were some of the friendliest people we met in Jordan. They really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We especially loved relaxing by the camp fire in the evenings, sipping Bedouin tea under the stars. The shisha bar was a fantastic addition, offering a unique way to unwind after a day of exploring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Memories Aicha to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum.

Exudes luxury, clean, easy access to main reception and eating area. The staff were attentitive and gave great hospitality, service was excellent. Food was amazing with plenty of choice. They made sure my cat phobia wasnt triggered, changed time of our tour easily and gave us a upgrade. Couldnt have asked for anything more.

The food for dinner tasted good and quality was great. However breakfast food was a very limited selection, plus was average tasting. There should be a few more food choices for breakfast and dinner, especially considering the price of the camp.

We are a couple in our early 40s, spent time doing tours and Stargazing at night. Spending midday to sleep over 2 days in the camp. The jeep tours and sunset cample tours were excellent. We also did a hike to see a overview of the camp, which really gave us a martian landscape vibe with the camp below. We stayed at the panoramic suites, which are gorgeous and the view from the dome to the night sky was amazing. Also the bed and sheets were very comfortable, plus the decor of the dome was very luxurious. The staff was very helpful and the location inside the Wadi Rum Protected Area was perfect. One morning we saw a family of wild camels walking from our suite. Overall, we would probably stay there again in the future.

I’d give 11 out 10 to this property and my stay at Aicha camp. Everyone at Aicha is very courteous, considerate and makes sure you feel at home. Ahmad gave me very good suggestions on activities I could do on a short notice. I got to do Hotair balloon ride, jeep tour and star gazing with them. They made my birthday very special. They had amazing surprise by upgrading my room to their highest category Panoramic room, planned a beautiful surprise by decorating the bed and on top of that a very special surprise with gluten free cake at dinner. It was a joyous emotional moment for me. Bunch of strangers singing and clapping for me. I didn’t even feel I was traveling on my own. Ahmad had me someone go with me to hike the mountain next to the camp so I can be safe and also have amazing pictures of the camp from the top. Their food is amazing. Plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. I didn’t even expect them to have so many vegetarian as well as gluten free options. Also they offered to make anything special for me if I didn’t feel I have enough options to eat. Their cafe is whole another vibe. I’d love to go back to Jordan just to stay at Aicha :) I am very grateful for each and everyone at Aicha for making my trip very memorable.

I had an mazing experience at Memory Aicha camp. Starting from check in, transfer to the camp and my room was very smooth. Actually they gave me a free upgrade to the Panoramic luxury tent which was amazing. The views from the room are breathtaking. The room exceeded me expectations. I wasn't expecting all the amenities this camp has to offer in the desert. They gave me very good suggestions on all activities and helped me book all that I wanted to do right after I arrived on a very short notice. I checked in pretty late but I still got to enjoy delicious dinner. They had a lot of vegetarian options, also they made sure they had gluten free bread and dessert for me as well. Their cafe is great too. The staff at Aicha is very welcoming, every member went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed to make make my stay comfortable. I felt very safe even at night being a solo traveler.

Whilst it is admittedly expensive, this was one of the best things we did during our two weeks across Oman and Jordan and definitely worth the expense. The luxury tent is amazing and we were able to fall asleep under the stars from the comfort of a fully functioning hotel room. The buffet was good and the shisha lounge was really cool. I would wholeheartedly recommend. The staff were very helpful, especially the waiters at breakfast. I would rarely rate an accommodation or an experience a 10, but the camp is truly deserving.

The services were amazing! I had my doubts that the service level will not be that good due to the natural location of the camp, however, the service level at the camp was extremely good, thumbs up for the greatest staff!

The hotel keep wouldn’t take you from the visitor centre but from their office beyond the VC and if your taxi driver wouldn’t drop you off at their office they will charge you 10 JD just for a very short ride between VC and their office. Moreover when you check out your hotel and you want to leave later than your check out time they will also charge you for 10 JD from the campsite to their office. I think it’s a hit unfair since we paid quite a lot for the accommodation and they wouldn’t even offer jeep ride returning to their office.

The location is fabulous with great views of the desert. With the bubble panoramic views of the beautiful Rocky mountains just in front of us. We slept without the curtain closed and I woke up in the morning and saw the most beautiful sunrise ever in my life. It was golden with a bit orange. Like a dream. Also their food is really top-notch. Do try the lamb stewed rice. It’s very delicious. Their Shisha and food in their cafe are also great

The room is very clean and in the good condition. The staff is very kind and nice. When we are staying in the memories aicha camp witg baby, all the thing is satisfied. The food(dinner and breakfast buffet) is also very delicilous and nice. The scenery is wonderful. I strongly recommend this camp. If i visit wadirum again, i am willing to stay this camp.

Everything ! The camp is amazing, the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Wadi Rum is a place that you should visit in Jordan. Stay at Aicha camp, take the hot air baloon ride early in the morning, and enjoy the ride across wadi rum and drink tea with the lovely locals. The place is really amazing.
