The restaurants in the property don’t have many good reviews.. so we decided to eat in the resort next door.

Massive hotel resort build with taste (map needed, golf cart service to move around comes in handy), plenty of different areas to choose from and feel a bit more quiet. Pools for kids and infinity pool for adults only (that was great) Amazing experience in the Dead Sea. Good breakfast buffet, fresh food and plenty of choices. Staff were friendly and polite, we felt well taken care of. Big room, comfortable, decor a bit outdated.

Everything was just perfect, not just the facilities and the food but the staff as well. Especially Mrs. Rawan Fakhouri who is the guest relationship manager. She ensured that my kids have a great time and a pleasant stay.

My stay was so short

This place was absolutely amazing !!the best hotel I ever stayed . The rooms , service , food , employees are excellent ! I was on 2 week trip and this night was my absolute favorite , I missed my flight and Rawan arranged a later check out so I could fully enjoy everything ! It was amazing !!! Loved every second of my stay !! I’m looking forward to return .

First of all, the location of the place is unbelievable ! The views and service are amazing. Let's start from the warm welcoming at the lobby by the front desk team to the service in the rooms and also the delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel. In addition , you must know a girl name Dana from the reception, she gave a good service, fast check in, escorted us to the room. Thank you great team!

Loved it! Rooms are big, clean and modern. Staff is kind and the restaurant is a must! The view by the infinity pool (loved the adult pool) is amazing and the access to the sea with the little beach is super well done!

A bit pricey (but that the dead sea area)

Awesome resort with a nice buffet for dinner and breakfast. Direct access to the dead sea and a variety of swimming pools. The resort staff is friendly and will not hesitate to offer a golf card ride to any guest.

location, staff and service in general were excellent. My major comments was on the food served

I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. the dinner had a lot of varieties, BUT most of the food was either boiled or grilled But served "cold", there was no real taste for the food and none of items on the menu was good enough to repeat from. Need more spices and taste for the food served

Beautiful resort, very friendly staff, everything very clean. Very good massages at the Spa. A lot of swimming pools, also adult only areas. Directly at the dead sea, so you can swim there as well. Food was very good at Luigi Italian restaurant. Great breakfast.

Excellent hotel with top locations and services ,we used the pools ,went to the beach to float on Dead Sea ,had great dinner at grill restaurant was so delicious, I was impressed by elegant ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff in the reception ,creating a memorable stay ,Rawan was a true remarkably attentive and exudes impeccable manners .it’s a place where every aspect seamlessly comes together to offer a truly exceptional and delightful experience .

Stunning location above the Dead Sea, from the moment we entered to the hotel everyone was so welcoming and special gratitude to Dana who has upgraded us with lovely sea view room and was always helping us and escorting us. Pools are lovely, and spa was really first class. Food was wonderful at Lebanese restaurant. exceeded our expectations.

Everything was so relaxing and it is the perfect place to break the tours that this wonderful country offers. Amazing Dead Sea view, easy bath, multiple pools, great restaurants and a lot of variety, and impeccable service. I cannot not to mention the friendliness of the reception staff Dana and Omar they helped me with my reservation and upgraded my room.

Beach was dirty ( plastic, rubbish etc ) Swimming Pool although it said it was heated it was still cold to enter so we could not enjoy. We booked this hotel mainly for heated pool so were disappointed Jacuzzi was out of service

huge complex, multiple pools for kids, adults and family. watching sunset from my room was unbelievable . We had amazing dinner at The Grill Labanese restaurant. Swimming in dead sea,mud bath after, it was a life time experience. Best of all, all staffs are friendly and helpful, specially want to express our outmost gratitude to Ms. Dana from reception who assisted us during our stay and took extra steps to provide information, suggestions and also arranged transprotations for our remaining Jordan journey. Our Jordan vacation has exceeded our expections.
