    Nothing!

While we knew the Mövenpick would be nice, we were blown away but just how beautiful it was! All the buildings and planting were immaculate and the views were insane. The staff were incredibly helpful and always offered to help. In particular thanks to Wijdan, who helped us checking in and took real care to make our trip feel special. We weren’t sure about staying in a resort, but now I wish we stayed longer!

My first time staying at Movenpick Dead Sea Jordan and I love my experience there. I got a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room which is so wonderful. The staff and hospitality here are the best of the best. I love my experience at the beach and the resort lifeguard who goes above and beyond. I also got an extended late check-out to accommodate my late travels to the airport. I liked the Lebanese food at the Grill restaurant, especially the service. I liked the vibe at the Splash bar. Dana- the guest relations staff is so wonderful. I will come back here in a heartbeat.

The food here is amazing, but it would be great if they offered more options for dietary restrictions like vegans and celiacs (gluten-free).

Staying here was probably one of the highlights of our stay in Jordan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - from the rooms to the pools to the restaurants. No detail is overlooked. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. From chocolate hour to the free massages in the lobby, the little things really add up. The breakfast buffet is amazing - so many options to choose from. The wifi is strong throughout the property. The rooms are great, bed is comfy and you have everything you need here. Staying at the Movenpick is a real treat. Well worth the price!

There was not a single negative experience that I had.

The staff was absolutely professional and welcoming. Always smiling, trying to help is in any way possible. The resort is breathtaking, with the authentic buildings and view to the Dead Sea. The spa was amazing with multiple beautiful pools, and the best massages and treatments we ever had. The hotel's beach was beautiful as well, we spent a lot of time just floating in the salty water, looking at the lovely view of the mountains and sea. All in all it was one of the best experiences in my life.

    Nothing

We had an amazing experience at Movenpick Resort. Everything was just perfect. The resort is nicely designed with amazing gardens and all facilities in top condition. With different pools and direct access to the Dead Sea there is plenty to do. The staff is beyond helpful, will constantly get out of their way to help you having a great time. We were upgraded to an amazing room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, late check-out was not a problem and everybody we met at the pools, restaurants, etc were at the top of their game. The breakfast was one of the best I had. Finally I booked one of the treatments and access to the spa which was at the same top level of everything else. Simply the perfect spot to enjoy the Dead Sea!

Incredibly beautiful place. The whole resort is like an oasis full of trees, flowers, singing birds. Everything is so calm and inviting. The staff is also wonderful, very kind and friendly. We received an upgrade to a stunning room with a full sea view - just wow, the view is really wonderful. The breakfast is also very tasty and offers a huge variety. We loved the beach area with ready mud jugs, and the heated pool and jacuzzi. We will surely return.

    We only stayed one night

From the point of arrival we were treated so well by staff. Reception allowed us to book in 3 hours early, and offered a 2 hour late check out for no fee. Made our 1 night so much more relaxed and offering 2 days to enjoy the services and the Dead Sea. Our room was also upgraded and was really spacious, clean, welcoming and a great king size bed. The balcony was lovely to sit on and the bathroom was huge with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was varied, fresh and absolutely great. The resort itself is designed like a local village with wonderful stone buildings, lots of palm trees, water features and outside areas at the restaurants/cafes to sit and eat like a plaza. There was also free chocolate tasting for 2 hours and offers at the restaurants/bars. The access to different pools was great, but the star was access to the Dead Sea. Amazing experience. Staff awesome.

Overall, it's great. However, I would like to try the complete Spa experience, but it was on maintenance. Breakfast food is so basic for a five-star that it can be improved. Some room furniture is outdated; the faux leather sofa we have in the room already has too many cracks. But they're only minor, and we're happy with our stay.

The staff provided exceptional service. The warm welcome we received from the moment we arrived was beyond ordinary. Thank you for giving us an upgrade as well! The hotel, the surroundings, and our room were clean; we had a great sea view and a comfy bed. The private beach is amazing and has a good location compared to neighboring hotels. The restaurants and cafes provide great food and drinks and a relaxing ambiance.

There is nothing to dislike, it’s amazing.

The location and oh my god the view. The way it is structured is like no other hotel I have ever seen. It’s a 100/10. Complimentary buffet breakfast in a Royal way and golf carts to take you around the location. I would say must visit the movenpick Dead Sea resort atleast once in life.

    my time

.Easy access to Deadsea A great place to experience mud packs and floating in the sea When I arrived at my last accommodation in Jordan, I would like to thank Ahman for kindly upgrading me to a spacious room with a sea view and allowing me to check out late without asking for a separate fee. I recommend Moboepik Dead Sea Resort, where I stayed while visiting Main Hot Springs. They also gladly provided me with the tape I requested because my bag was broken. Thank you.

The only disappointment for us was that the main spa was being refurbished during our stay, but with the Dead Sea on our doorstep, we could visit it daily for 'natural' skincare, so it wasn't such a big issue. A smaller area of the hotel has been assigned for massages and facial treatments etc, so we were still able to enjoy those.

The hotel was situated at the edge of the dead sea, so it was a perfect location. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and the food and dining experiences were excellent. There was a lifeguard on duty down at the beach, which was reassuring when going out into water with such altered buoyancy (great fun) and he helped us to learn the Dead Sea mud and salt scrub skincare routine. Rawan was our point of contact from the moment we arrived, and we could what's app her directly with queries about dinner reservations etc, which a was very helpful service. She also sent us a greeting every day, to check we were happy, and she gave us a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, to a beautiful room with great sea views. All together, a wonderfully relaxing experience after the more challenging hikes around Petra and Wadi Rum - just what we needed!

I thought it was perfect, but if there was anything that was not, it may have been the bathroom showing alittle age. Still, very clean and well maintained.

Everything!!! This was a fabulous hotel!! Probably one of my favorite of all time!! Let’s start with the amenities…onsite restaurants with great ambiance and the best food in Jordan, the breakfast buffet has every single thing you could possibly dream up, and Chocolate hour (which was Amazing!!) from 4-5 everyday, come on now!! Gym, 3 pools (2 heated), best beach access to Dead Sea, gorgeous views for sunset, 2 for 1 happy hour, private, tucked away jacuzzis. This place is a dream! I am sure that there are so many more things I didn’t see or take advantage of since I could only stay one night, but it does seem Movenpick has thought of just about everything to keep their guests happy! The hotel not only upgraded my room, but also allowed for early check-in and late check-out to make my stay just a wee bit longer! Every single staff person was beyond helpful and friendly! And everyone was constantly working to keep the very large grounds pristine and well maintained. From check-in, to spa staff, to restaurant staff, EVERYONE made sure my stay was excellent. Even though I stayed only one night, I will forever remember this special place
