The “hotel” looks a Little bit dirty. The carpets inside, the stairs. We Did not have hot water and our friends Did not have Any pressure at water (4th floor). We Couldn’t eat anything at breakfast (it was really Poor) and we had to Bring our own food to eat it.

The rooms are Ok. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is okaish. It was very good location to visit Petra and it was great to be so Close to the site. It was Ok for one night.

Before the renovation, the room was not very clean, there was a problem with hot water. The stairs to the upper level are narrow. One or two steps are different sizes and can easily fall.

We had a room at the 4th floor and there was no elevator, and also the stairs were narrow and irregulars. Water in the bathroom was never hot, it was just lukewarm at best.

The location is good if you have a rental car, easy to find, with a supermarket and a police station just in front of it. The staff is very helpful. Even if sometimes it has been a bit difficult to communicate, they were always trying to help. They have a nice terrace at the ground floor where you can enjoy a cup of tea or something.

No shower curtain, bathroom was flooded after one use

We arrived very tired after hiking in Petra and they greeted us with a cup of tea. Our room was clean, with private bathroom and A/C. Wi-Fi with good reception. They let us borrow the hairdryer etc. :) The hotel offers breakfasts, but we didn't need one.

It could be cleaner, it not well maintained. Take this hotel if you have rentacar, otherwise it will be far to reach Petra by foot.

Staff is very nice, great value for money, AC was heating room good despite freezing temperatures outside (february). Parking is on the street in front of the hotel.

How far the hotel was from Petra, but this was fine because they helped us arrange taxis.

We liked how nice and friendly the staff were, they could speak very good English and dinner was delicious. Air conditioning was very good and we liked that Moses' Spring was next door to get free water.

Amazing stay with a beautiful location. New furniture with clean beds and sheets. A big renovation was made for this hotel in Jul/2023. friendly staff and helpful and ready for any assistance. Highly recommendation 😀❤️

The only inconvenience was that the Wifi does not work so well in some zones of the hotel but it is a normal thing.

We were a group of 12 Erasmus students from Spain and they did our check-in before the hours arranged because they have the rooms ready before we arrive, then when we return our first day in Petra, they receive us with some tea, offering their fridge and kitchen as it was ours and making us feel as home, I was chatting with the owners for half hour and I spent a really good time. If you want you can pay extra for dinner, breakfast and lunch, the chef is one of the owners and he made me pasta and was really good. The second day again we came back to the hotel after long walk and they gave us tea again, let us eat in the terrace with a great kindness I do not find in another place. They are really nice people, you have to definitely book an accomodation here if you want to visit Petra and stay in Wadi Musa. Really cheap option to stay and really worthy.

In the middle of desert clean showers and toilets. Camp run by Beduin family doing all to make customer happy. Great dinner in camp and fabulous lunch prepared by guide during the tour.
