We were more than happy with everything.

Best value for money in Aqaba, by a long shot. We booked the Deluxe Suite with Sea View, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The balcony is enormous, overlooking the beach, palm trees, and Aqaba Bay. The wall-to-wall sliding doors let all the sunshine in the world in and allow you to watch from your bed as the sun sets behind the palm trees, the sea, and the mountains. In fact, the hotel should rather be called Best View :) The furniture, bathroom, the bed, etc. are all very nice, and the AC keeps the room cool even in the summer heat. Staff is super friendly, even accommodated our late checkout request, and can help with basically anything you might need. The location could not be better, either. The main beach is right behind the hotel. There's a restaurant in the hotel building, shops and cofee vendor in the next building, and you just cross the street in front of the hotel and you're at the souq (market). The Aqaba Fort and the Ancient Islamic City of Ayla are both 7 minutes walk from the hotel and are well worth a visit. We hope to be back, and would not even consider a different hotel, thanks for everything!

Since it’s in the city it was a bit noisy..

It’s right on the beach with all types of shops all around it (food, drinks, souvenirs, pharmacy, shopping..). The staff were nice and very helpful. We had a problem with parking the first day but after that they were able to help us. They were very kind as to let us have a late check out when we asked for it. The rooms were clean.

Everything was perfect, they changed us to a better room for free, they were absolutly lovely and kind, both the girl and the boy working at the desk were just amazing and very polite and hospitable, we actually felt bad because we didnt have cash to leave a tip at the time we left. Just a lovely place and hotel. But the most important thing is that the staff was just delightfull.

The front desk was amazing and so kind. They help me find good places to eat and a good deal on a taxi to wadi rum which other hotels had overpriced for me when I picked a place to stay.

Busy traffic noise on the main street below can be a bit more than expected.

The location is outstanding & Ideally located approximately 75 mtrs from the beach. Staff are warm, cordial and responsive to support the customers. Room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Location is ideal for a holiday with all good eating amenities in 5-10 minutes walking distance of the hotel. Only suggestion is that hotel can provide intercom set-up in the rooms. Hotel staff oordinated Sea diving with good dive company.

They did not offer breakfast while we were there but this is very understandable as it is very quiet at the moment with the neighbouring conflict. This should not stop you from visiting though and there is an excellent affordable restaurant downstairs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with great communication. The rooms were very clean and modern which we loved. We also had A LOT of laundry that needed doing and the staff did this for us for FREE. We tried to give them money as a thank you and they wouldn't accept it, which was super lovely. The location is within walking distance to town and has a great restaurant and the beach just downstairs.

The staff is awesome. They are always ready to help and always with a big smile on their face. They make you feel like friends and family. I asked many questions and got great tips for my stay. The price is very reasonable. Can't go wrong with the ocean view either. Anything you need is near. I recommend and will be back for sure.

Perfect Location, room Had a lovely View of the red Sea, allowed for balcony chilling while watching the sun Go down over the red SEA. Staff was beyond friendly! A breakfast offer would be a lovely plus in the Future.

Property is off main roads and a little noisy at night if you are not use to city noises.

Excellent location with public beach behind hotel. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Arranged for a boat cruise less than other agencies and for longer period of time.

As it was close to the open beach, it was loud at night in the sea view room because of motorboats and music. We didn't bathe in the sea here, but further south from the city.
