Decent for what it is, but certainly not worth calling it a resort.

It seems to be a shell of its former glory. Large parts of public areas are blocked off and do not seem under construction anymore. Breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best.

Nice pool area and easy to do a dip in the dead sea and try the clay.

I don't recommend the restaurant for dinner. Very poor menu and it's not the best. They write chicken comes with smashed potato and comes with fries. Most of the hotel is under construction and it makes a strange feeling that the half of the pools are closed.

Own beach at dead sea with spectacular view. Good breakfast. The staff were really helpful and nice.

Beautiful place but not possible to get in the Dead Sea

The toilet seat was broken. We advised staff at once but it was not fixed. They did not seem to understand what we said. Access to the Dead Sea is by very very many steps, and there was no satisfactory way to get in the very rough sea. I wonder if a non-invasive wooden walkway could be provided so one could enter the sea, which was very rough. It wasn't possible to get beyond the extremely sharp rocky area.

The breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was beautiful. There were many seating areas both in the open and under cover. The view was fantastic. It was nice that a shower and changing room was there so one could use it after check out at twelve. However, we only found this by accident, there's no information about the facilities at the hotel

We got only one towel for two persons. A big part of the resort isn’t used and there is still a lot of construction going on. Food isn’t the best.

Free upgrade to sea vieuw. Big and clean room. You can walk up to the dead see and have a nice view at the sunset!

There is no food options. As vegetarians we could only get fries, but luckily the mall is only 4,8 km away. The staff look at you a bit like you’re not suppose to be there. Also at the pool, 2 of the employees started cleaning the tiles with a high-pressure cleaner. That resulted in them pushing 2 guest away, so they could clean around their chairs. Our sunbeds got pushed away and not put back after - we had to get out of the pool to put them back. Very rude.

It was a great place with a private beach to the dead sea - also a great pool. Big rooms with balconies

Breakfast was so so bad for a 4stars hotel. Quite disappointed with the value I’ve paid. If it’s better, I’ll give it 10/10.

Clean private beach, comfy room and good location.

The restaurant staff was below average. Dinner is also expensive for what they offer, I wish I would eat outside of hotel. Sea is not easy to walk in but quiet swimmable

The View is amazing. Location of hotel is amazing as well. Both Pool and sea option.

The rooms are quite old and dirty. They did not give us bathroom towels only beach towels. the room was not prepared and when we asked for more towels they gave us extra beach towels because they did not have bathroom towels. The bathroom is old and also the shower. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and thousands of flies on the pool. They forgot to put our bottle of water too neither coffee and tea even though they had the boiler and the mugs. Staff at times were not friendly they are not service minded. The music at the pool was louder than in the night club, I literally left the hotel earlier than expected because of that. Very expensive for what you get. The worst thing from our trip after the rental car.

The swimming is cool, the access to the Dead Sea is better than others that I saw. The room is big. I like the pancakes.

The breakfast was a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. We would recommend the hotel to buy a coffee maker for their guests. We went in low season so they were doing some refurbishments and the pool bar was not open, but It wasn’t a problem for us.

The location and the rooms are exceptional. Our room was gigantic and the Dead Sea view was amazing to watch the sunset. Very comfortable and quiet place. Private beach and infinity pool with amazing views.

Restaurant with some limit to the service and variety of dishes available due almost certainly to the low season and the few customers present.

Very nice resort, with flowers and palm trees. The room is huge and the bathroom comfortable. Access to the sea comfortable, beach with mud and showers. Nice pool. Value for money good.

It was very quiet when I was there so there was a very limited dinner menu so I went out for dinner. Breakfast staff were non-communicative; I sat for at least ten minutes and then a waiter brought several plates of food without asking what I would like, so much of it was wasted. The "beach" is some imported sand with a row of loungers, but the water's edge and shallow water is all rough rocks and stones so you have to wear sandals when you go swimming.

Large resort on the edge of the Dead Sea with good views across the Sea to Palestine. The rooms are large and spacious but the furniture is getting faded and stained.

The restaurant staff weren’t particularly friendly or fast. A lot of the areas have been boarded of and are disused which seems a waste and the areas are visibly messy. They need to put lights on at night as I had to use my phone torch to find my room

The beach and pool area are beautiful and so are the rooms. Reception staff were very nice and helpful
