Would have been nicer with the Mountain View advertised.

The room was advertised with the title Standard Twin Room with Mountain Views and the photos attached to the specific room showed a room with a view. I took this to mean I would be able to see the mountains from my room window, but as the photos show, my view was a stone wall. When I asked, the resort advised Mountain View applies to the resort as a whole, and not necessarily from your room, even if it is named in the room title itself (not just a mountain view icon). I think this is very misleading advertising. From what I could see many rooms had no mountain view, so if you want one make sure to check before making the booking, and do not trust the photos or the description. The small fridge in the room barely kept things cold even at the highest cold setting. The music at the pool and breakfast is not my idea of a relaxing time, but others may like it.

The room was modern and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen. The bathroom was large with a decent shower and water pressure, and hot water at all times I was there.

Honestly, nothing. It was all excellent for the price.

This was a really excellent experience - the room was large and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and very eager to help. The pool area in particular was a real highlight, with a swim up bar where drinks could be purchased - including a nice cold beer at a reasonable price for the area. The private beach was also ideal and meant we could try the Dead Sea, lounge on a sun bed and then have a cold shower before going back to the pool area. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but it is only a short drive to a number of restaurants (we went to Rovers Return in the shopping mall complex which I would also recommend). However, we did have the breakfast which was tasty and came very quickly. For the price, this was extremely good value and I would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting the Dead Sea to stay here.

Nothing I majorly did not like, you will love this hotel!

The beach view is amazing, rooms are clean, strong WIFI, nice TV, the staff are very kind, they have improved a lot since last time I visited them which was 2 years ago. Overall a good 8/10. Thank you!

It seems to be a shell of its former glory. Large parts of public areas are blocked off and do not seem under construction anymore. Breakfast and dinner was mediocre at best.

Nice pool area and easy to do a dip in the dead sea and try the clay.

I don't recommend the restaurant for dinner. Very poor menu and it's not the best. They write chicken comes with smashed potato and comes with fries. Most of the hotel is under construction and it makes a strange feeling that the half of the pools are closed.

Own beach at dead sea with spectacular view. Good breakfast. The staff were really helpful and nice.

Beautiful place but not possible to get in the Dead Sea

The toilet seat was broken. We advised staff at once but it was not fixed. They did not seem to understand what we said. Access to the Dead Sea is by very very many steps, and there was no satisfactory way to get in the very rough sea. I wonder if a non-invasive wooden walkway could be provided so one could enter the sea, which was very rough. It wasn't possible to get beyond the extremely sharp rocky area.

The breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was beautiful. There were many seating areas both in the open and under cover. The view was fantastic. It was nice that a shower and changing room was there so one could use it after check out at twelve. However, we only found this by accident, there's no information about the facilities at the hotel

We got only one towel for two persons. A big part of the resort isn’t used and there is still a lot of construction going on. Food isn’t the best.

Free upgrade to sea vieuw. Big and clean room. You can walk up to the dead see and have a nice view at the sunset!

There is no food options. As vegetarians we could only get fries, but luckily the mall is only 4,8 km away. The staff look at you a bit like you’re not suppose to be there. Also at the pool, 2 of the employees started cleaning the tiles with a high-pressure cleaner. That resulted in them pushing 2 guest away, so they could clean around their chairs. Our sunbeds got pushed away and not put back after - we had to get out of the pool to put them back. Very rude.

It was a great place with a private beach to the dead sea - also a great pool. Big rooms with balconies

Breakfast was so so bad for a 4stars hotel. Quite disappointed with the value I’ve paid. If it’s better, I’ll give it 10/10.

The restaurant staff was below average. Dinner is also expensive for what they offer, I wish I would eat outside of hotel. Sea is not easy to walk in but quiet swimmable

The rooms are quite old and dirty. They did not give us bathroom towels only beach towels. the room was not prepared and when we asked for more towels they gave us extra beach towels because they did not have bathroom towels. The bathroom is old and also the shower. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and thousands of flies on the pool. They forgot to put our bottle of water too neither coffee and tea even though they had the boiler and the mugs. Staff at times were not friendly they are not service minded. The music at the pool was louder than in the night club, I literally left the hotel earlier than expected because of that. Very expensive for what you get. The worst thing from our trip after the rental car.

The swimming is cool, the access to the Dead Sea is better than others that I saw. The room is big. I like the pancakes.
