You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyNot too much privacy (which is part of the concept, of course) and it can get quote hot inside your cabin - especially if you forget to shut your window with the curtain. No fans or AC inside your bed box to provide cooling.
Really good value for money, very centrally located, and awesome views from your bunk-bed box! :D Definitely a great choice for shoestring-budget backpackers!!

JordanDuring my first trip to this magnificent country of Jordan, I stayed at the Petra inbox hostel Do not hesitate to come to this hotel where the staff is attentive and always smiling. The inbox is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Its location is ideal for quickly going to the Petra visitor center. To finish, the breakfast is complete, varied and offers the possibility of discovering some specialties. THANKS
