Very clean and nice hotel. We came in the morning (way earlier than the check in hour) and got the room within half an hour as I was not feeling good. The breakfast was good but if you come a bit later that first hour of it, unfortunately there is not much left and need to wait for the cook to make you omellete or pancakes. The food was very good even though. Nice offer for late dinner - worth trying jordian cousine in the buffet style or in the restaurant on top. The hotel is maximum of 5 mins walk from the Visitor centre of Petra so great location.

Rooms were small and one had an odour - perhaps stale cigarette smoke. Also, the rooms had only 2 very small plastic glasses (sealed) of water, even though the front desk recommened that we not drink the tap water, so we had tp purchase some additional water from a store nearby.

Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner special which we had in the upper restaurant ! Our Petra guide - "Sami" we hired through this hotel. We wojld highly recommend him. He was superb.

Our room was quite dark as the window was overlooking a wall but as we didn't spend much time in it wasn't a problem. The bathroom was functional but the toilet was just behind the door making it quite cramped! A bottle of water would have been preferable to the 2 small plastic cups of water we had. Also a mug instead of paper cups for tea.

A good location for the entrance to Petra. The buffet dinner and breakfast was good. The Catering manager was very friendly and attentive, thank you!

Great hotel on a perfect spot, close to the entrance of Petra-site. Nice, helpful and funny staff. We tested even the Turkish hammam for 25jod (its a collaboration with another hotel) and its nice! Parking lot in front of the door.

The only downside is the lack of soundproofing within the hotel as you could hear other guests in the corridor even just using their keycard to get into their rooms. Also there is no alcohol served in this hotel which I appreciate is common in this country but there are a couple of places nearby you can find a drink. Do not let these small things but you off though as this is a very good hotel.

Incredible location such a short walk to Petra visitors centre and other facilities such as shops a restaurants within easy walk. The hotel was very comfortable with a lovely room and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

The hotel needs to be refurbished at least the bathroom. AC doesn’t work, room was a little warm. They charged more of what it says in my reservation.

4 minutes away from visitor center in Petra. They have a supermarket in the lobby. The personnel was very nice and brought a great service. I took the dinner and was very good. Many options as well breakfast.

The hotel is 5 mininute walk away from the Petra entrance but bear in mind the road is hilly. You can watch Neflix or other ott from the hotel.

Perfect location, the staff was very attentive and let us check in at 10.30am which was so helpful as we were hiking in Petra later that day.

Noisy rooms, you can hear your neighbours Breakfast during low tourism season (February) was a little sparse, you cab tell breakfast when is busier probably has more options.

There was a rooftop bar that was always empty because the hotel doesn't sell alcohol. Which is a real shame, so we ended up going to the Cave Bar

The location a stone's throw from the Petra entrance! Friendly, small-scale hotel, good rooms, big breakfast/dinner room. Dinner for JOD 10 per person, good and worth it. Extensive buffets with both local and international food. Free hotel parking lot.
