Excellent location, large room and very comfortable beds. The location right outside the entrance to Petra speaks for itself, however it is the attentiveness and genuine desire to make your stay special from the staff that set this hotel apart. Highly recommended.

Hotel has a great location, close to Petra main entrance. It has free valet parking. highlight of our stay was the rooftop dinner where you can watch sunset over the Petra. Staff was kind and helpful, in case that you need anything they would happily get it as soon as possible. It was great stay for our 2 Days at Petra and we really enjoyed it. It is well furnitured, spacious rooms. Note: minibar is complementary, restocked daily :)

really nice hotel, the position is right in front of the entrance of Petra. They have a very nice pool on the top floor, which I think is very important after spending the day walking in Petra. It had one of the best breakfasts ever, with a big variety of things. The minibar drinks were free!

What’s not to love about Petra Moon Hotel? Wonderful location very close to Petra Visitor Centre which is really convenient to start the day early and to come back to the hotel when you are tired after a whole day walking. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop are really great and a perfect opportunity to relax after a day wandering through Petra. The dinner buffet is good with nice views over the landscape. Breakfast buffet has many options! The room is nicely decorated, with modern amenities. The staff at the lobby and at the restaurant and generally at the hotel is simply wonderful. We needed to get medicines at some point from a pharmacy in Wadi Musa at 11PM and they arranged a fast delivery for us. Truly exceptional service. If you hesitate between several hotels for your stay in Petra, don’t hesitate and jut pick Petra Moon Hotel (but please just keep a room for us in case we want to come back 🤗).

Great hotel with lovely staff located just across the road from the entrance to Petra. Pool on the roof was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels. Breakfast was great with lots of options and staff went out of their way to help with allergies. Room was a good size and everything worked. Free mini bar with fizzy drinks and snacks was a nice touch as was the large bottle of water delivered in the morning. Restaurant on the roof had great views. Good selection of dishes and staff very helpful.

This hotel was exceptional. From the second we walked in, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us all the advice we needed. The room was beautiful and the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The dinner buffet on the roof terrace was brilliant, with views at sunset towards Petra. It’s also one of the closest hotels to the entrance to Petra. The pool was a lovely place to be after a hot day out. Breakfast buffet was also great. This hotel was exceptional value for money and I felt the quality and cleanliness far exceeded my expectations, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in around the world. Everything was brilliant.

Good location within walking distance to Petra entrance although have to climb back up to hotel after the visit. Staffs at the reception were nice and helpful. Available parking spaces behind the hotel. Added bonus with the swimming pool.
