We recently stayed at Petra Premium Hotel and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was impeccably clean, and I particularly appreciated the freshness of the linens, especially the towels which seemed brand new. Ahmed and Mohammed from the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing valuable insights for our trip to Petra. My only suggestion would be to consider expanding the breakfast options. Overall, a positive stay!

The hotel is new with state of art decor and service. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Apart from the great service and spacious, comfortable rooms, the hotel location is great, within walking distance or less than 5 minutes driving from the area's main attarctions, Petra archaeological site and the restaurants around it. Nothing worth mentioning.

This is a new hotel, and we were very pleased with it. Brand new rooms, linen and everything one would need for a few days stay to enjoy Petra. It’s very clean and the WiFi was very good. The staff is excellent, and the service from Ahmed and Hannah was excellent. We were treated like we were house guests and they wanted to ensure our comfort and make our stay memorable. Breakfast was plentiful, we also got a big bag of fruit, juice and cake for our early departure at 6.30 am, and they gave us very nice souvenirs as we caught our minibus. Whilst it’s a 15 mins walk to Petra visitors center, we liked the location, as it gave us access to the nicer local restaurants (that’s were suggested by Ahmed). The restaurants on tourism street are bland and to be honest we didn’t like them. Abu Elias - really liked, and given that it was recommended by our hotel, we were treated really well - we liked the food very much. Thanks again to the hotel and the staff - we had a fantastic 3 nights 3 days stay in Wadi Musa and Petra.

We had a wonderful time here. We were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was clean and was equipped with all the modern necessities. The breakfast was delicious. Also the location of the hotel was perfect. A lot of restaurants in walking distance and Petra is super close. If you come by car, there is an underground parking beneath the hotel which was very handy. We would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thanks Ahmed and the other staff!

The rooms looked exactly like in the photos - clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us two adjoining rooms with a connecting door, which was great for the family stay. The hotel is located at about 15 mins walk from the Petra visitor center, and the area has plenty of nice places to eat. And while you are there, do not forget to go to the terrace and enjoy the evening sunset.

We absolutely loved and highly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous property. Great service, very accommodating staff and one of a kind place to enjoy and relax after a long-day visit to Petra. Warm welcoming hospitality atmosphere by friendly owners who make you feel at home. yummy freshly-made breakfast and spacious cozy rooms. The location is just fantastically perfect. Cleanliness was top notch, corridors were blooming with aromatic scents and you can tell that the owners of the hotel spent a lot of efforts on the furnitures and the bedding is particularly comfortable. The staff is lovely and caring, they helped us through arranging transportation from the airport to Petra, provided tickets and transportation to the amazing Petra by night show which is unforgettable experience to witness. They also guided us to choose the right jeep tour services in town. As a professional traveler who at least visited 13 countries, I highly recommend this outstanding hotel to be your next accommodative property. More than satisfied! Its a new hotel so the standard is good and its clean and nice. It is only a short walk of 15-20 minutes to the Petra entrance. Excellent small hotel, well located in Wadi Musa. It has parking in the basement, which was very convenient for us. The room has a small terrace, good thing for smokers. A lot of shops and restaurants are within 100 meters. Hotel is very clean, there were plenty of hot water, WiFi was working well, breakfast was excellent. Stuff is very polite and helpful, big thanks to Ahmad and his colleagues, they treated us well. Highly recommended.
