The staff perfectly take care of us. They also give special advices how to visit Petra. Everybody was really kind with us ,and it was a 5 star service. Unfortunately we have a really short time in the hotel and we have to wake up at 4:30 am to going to the airport but they also doing unexpected surprises for us to have more enjoyable staying . What a fantastic stay. As mentioned in other reviews this is a brand new hotel and has all the new features of a modern hotel- double glazing, lift, clean and comfortable etc. The owners and Ahmad were friendly and exceptional hosts and went beyond what would of been normally provided. As we arrived in the morning hoping to be able to leave our bags they actually provided us with and earlier check in which was much appreciated. Handy to the main shops restaurants etc but on a quiet side street. If I was going to be coming back to Wadi Musa I would definitely stay here.

Brand new hotel. Very clean throughout. Really helpful and receptive owners. Continental breakfast included. Incredibly thoughtful in allowing us to check out late so we could return from Petra in the afternoon, shower, rest and change before leaving over 6 hours after our check out time. I would definitely recommend this place if staying in Petra as very fairly priced and very easy to teach the visitors centre as well as being walking distance from all the local restaurants and shops.

Petra premium hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room were clean and comfort, the amenities were top-notch, the breakfast was an absolute delight, the variety of delicious options catered to every taste and the quality of food was exceptional The location in the head town center, everything like restaurants. café, shops is nearby. Just 2 minutes drive from the main gate of the archeological site, this makes it an ideal choice for exploring. If i returned to the Petra, Petra premium hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice. I highly recommend it to any one who want to visit Petra

The hotel is new, very cosy, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is located within a walking distance from Petra visiting centre and just few steps from downtown, the breakfast was nice, served with fresh products, the staff is just amazing, very pleasant and welcoming, as a frequent traveler, both professionally and private I have never met such a caring personal. I had some health issues and one of the staff members- Ahmad, who happened to be a pharmacist cold help me out. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across the globe, I have to say the staff here had the best customer service compared to any other place I’ve stayed in the world I’ve ever stayed. They went out of their way to make guests happy and I saw how patient and accommodating they were toward guests that were very demanding. I went to Petra to get engaged, and the hotel staff bought me a gift from their own money. That’s not just great customer service it’s people who are genuinely kind. Everything is modern, room was clean, breakfast was good, and it’s conveniently located to walk to where ever you want to go in Wadi Musa. Communication with hotel staff was great. Just tell them what time you’re coming, if you’re coming late and they will have people waiting for you to ensure you make it to your room ok.

Brilliant hotel and amazing stay. The room was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Clean and great facilities. There was a big spread of breakfast available. Continental and local food choices. All staff were very hospitable especially the two Ahmads. They helped with all queries we had. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel. Underground parking available and walking distance to many restaurants and Petra itself.

Parking is slightly tight, however Ahmad will offer to help park your car and take the car out ready at the front when checking out .

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is well located on a quiet street but not far from the main streets where all the shops and restaurants are located. The room was very comfortable well decorated and very clean. The bed was really big and comfortable. The shower was really welcome after a long day. Very good water pressure.

We recently stayed at Petra Premium Hotel and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was impeccably clean, and I particularly appreciated the freshness of the linens, especially the towels which seemed brand new. Ahmed and Mohammed from the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing valuable insights for our trip to Petra. My only suggestion would be to consider expanding the breakfast options. Overall, a positive stay!

The hotel is new with state of art decor and service. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Apart from the great service and spacious, comfortable rooms, the hotel location is great, within walking distance or less than 5 minutes driving from the area's main attarctions, Petra archaeological site and the restaurants around it.
