Everything!! most of all the staff and level of service was fantastic!! Mohamed in the front desk is possibly the best front desk manager I have ever met! He takes proper time to carefully explain everything and answer any question! Moreover the manager in their restaurant is great and took care of us every day!

* Our stay was perfect and this is one of the few hotels I've rated with a 10. * Especially thanks to the amazing hotel staff. They always helped and made us feel welcomed and like at home at all times. They got us nice deals in as many things as they could. I want to particularly thank Rafat, Ashley and Mohammed! * Room was big, quiet and both wifi and AC worked great. * Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. * Swimming pool on top floor is a nice relief after a tough and hot walking day in Petra.

The staff were very friendly, we felt really welcome. The pool on the rooftop is perfect for a swim and relaxing after exploring Petra. You can also order food and drinks on the rooftop. Breakfast was good as well, lot’s of options and they make eggs to order. The mornings we could’t have breakfast because we left early they provided us with a breakfast/lunch packet to go. The location was perfect, 5 min drive to Petra and 3 min walk to the restaurants in town.

We can only judge for the 1 night stay ofcourse. We booked the room with jacuzzi and to be honest, it is not worth the extra money. The room was spacious and clean, but felt a bit coldly. Reception area had a bit the same feeling. The pool area really needs a renovation/upgrade. Too many chairs for the space, wildly put next to eachother. The "gym" is a joke! We can't review the breakfast since we had no breakfast in the hotel, but a breakfast box (we left early for visiting Petra).

We booked 2-nights in the hotel. When we arrived, the staff told us that we only could stay 1 night due to works the next day in the hotel. The staff booked the 2nd night in another hotel for us, with no extra cost and a free dinner in the 2nd hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and felt really bad about the situation. In the 2nd hotel we even got upgraded to the Royal Suite!

From the start, in the reception it was amazing experience they asking first welcome drink with a big smelling from Ashley .after all our drinks they will give us all facility .mini bar free ,coffee break free ,WiFi free .in the roof garden so nice view u can see the city of Petra and fresh air .sauna, natural massage ,is not a free . Chair massage free salt room free. Swming pool free. Gym cardio free . Unexpectedly they give us lunch box every morning to bring us to Petra just in case we feel hungry all the staff friendly.shuttle bus free . Our room is so nice we booked a standard room but we upgraded jazzuci and suit rooms without asking for more money just for free . Most important we are happy thank you so much guys all teams from pquattro relax. best regards to everyone.

easy, the most helpful, caring, competent Staff I have ever encountered in 50+ years of extensive traveling. I am not kidding. everything from their daily detailed service, to sending us off with lunches (not saying they do that for all), to getting a doctor to come to our room, and eventually take my wife to a clinic for superb health care. amazing!

It is the easiest 10/10 we have ever placed. Everything was excellent, room was clean and spacious, it offered more than enough amenities, breakfast had various choices, balcony had great view, plus they offered transportation to and from Petra. But the highlight was definitely the staff. Kind, willing to help on every single thing, they arranged everything we needed, even the smallest detail. It is the first time we've experienced such a customer care.

Just would like to stay longer !

Everything was great, starting from the smooth check in with a very welcoming lady who explained everything about the hotel and facilities. All the team was indeed very nice and helpful - the lady and Muhammad at reception, managers, boss. Room was big with a nice view over the city (mountain view), very clean, confortable bed, good facilities in the room and bathroom. I also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and small pool, to relax after a day of visiting Petra! The hotel provides shuttle bus to Petra visitors center (we did not use it as we had our own car). Actually you could even walk to the visitors center (maybe 20 minutes walk ?), as the hotel is in a central location with many shops and restaurants near by. There are souvenirs that you can buy at the reception (scarves, postcards, clothes, handicrafts, etc), price is cheaper than in other souvenirs shops. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of food to start the day, fresh and good quality. We also were given a picnic bag for lunch, which was a nice surprise and very useful indeed. The hotel is expanding with a new building, and I hope I can visit again soon to check the new rooms and enjoy again the warm hospitality of P Quattro :-)

Incredibly friendly staff with a warm welcome and always on hand to help. The rooms were generously sized, very comfortable and had character so they felt cosy. The restaurant is very convenient and had a good range of options. Very family friendly and accommodating all round whilst also feeling like a treat for us adults, which can be a nice change!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t memorize the name of the Sir in the reception but he was too kind with us. We had some issue with our rental car and he was extremely available to help us with the rental company, always willing to help. 11/10

Absolutely amazing staff, they were so friendly to us, we were on a honey moon, got us a special celebration dessert and sing show, excellent laundry services right away and great price, some complementary drinks. They really diserve their good booking reviews don't hesitate to book! They also provided free transportation to the visitors center of Petra. Special thanks to the manager!!!

Price was maybe a tad expensive, but you get a lot of stuff over there. Not much to tell here. Pool and gym area are a bit disappointing, but it was to cold for us anyway. Especially the gym doesn't amount to much. However, I can imagine when the weather is nice, the pool area would suit its purpose.

Friendly personnel at the hotel and very good location. Relatively close to the entrance of Petra, but not to close. Great rooms and breakfast was really nice as well. They even prepared us lunch (free of charge) to take with us during our Petra visit. Plenty of parking space, but it seemed low-season at the time.

P Quatro is the best hotel in Wadi Musa ( Mousa). The hotel arranged everything including travel to and from the hotel, border crossing, tours serving excellent cuisine, all orchestrated by Zeyad who became a friend of me.
