Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

HungaryBreakfast could be better. At least offer a coffee that is not instant. There are no supermarkets around the hotel. The shower handle was worn out. If you have a car parking can be tricky.
The hotel was very central and has a great location to reach places. The staff were very kind and attentive. Rooms are good and clean with Comfortable beds. You can notice that it is an old hotel, but they are trying to maintain it well.

Israel10JD deposit was not mentioned anywhere! No coffee in room only nescafe and coffee vending machine in lobby . Broken bathroom door. Parking is a hastle due to weddings at hotel infront of this hotel. TV channels not working. Hair dryer in bathroom not working No signs to putbon room handle to not to disturb or clean room!!

Value for money. Parking in front of the hotel. 10 min drive from rainbow street. Restaurant with bar. Room size and cleanliness is ok. Do not expect much more for this money. If you are planning a one night stay in Amman, it is good. A Jordanian breakfast will be served in your room in a big plate. Staffs are very helpful.

YemenHotel can be a bit creative to ensure some changes in breakfast menu. Offering exactly the same breakfast everyday is not fun :). Being just on top of a very busy and noisy pub is not the best option for a business traveler. Should I knew of this issue in advance maybe I would have reconsidered my booking.
