However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. I felt it lacked variety, especially in terms of options like salmon, avocado, fresh juice, and cheese varieties. Adding these options would greatly enhance the breakfast experience for guests like me

The hotel does not have facilities like a hair salon with the premise. There were certain days where housekeeping did not make up our room, but this was resolved as soon as we informed the front desk.

The hotel is quite new and therefore is very well-maintained and rooms are quite modern and spacious. The personnel are quite welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

I am very happy with professionalism whole crew, Security door, Front desk first and second shift, SPA crew Mr Rami Mss. Lea and Mss. Jevan , and whole crew is amazing, and the restaurant staff I love every one.

Nothing really. The waiting time for food was a bit long during our dinner perhaps.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with many food options. The view from the room other the city (4th floor) was stunning. The reception and staff were really helpful. The proximity to the mall gives opportunity for shopping.

The hotel is new lovely lobby the hotel is next to a great mall the breakfast is wonderful I asked for plant milk usually they don’t have it at Amman hotels Mr Saaid restaurant supervisor got me almond milk he was so helpful I’d like to thank him as well as Rawan at the reception for her good job

The hotel should have more tourist facilities in the house perhaps its a new hotel they might come up with it.

The Hotel was good, its in a good area where you can get everything, however away from Downtown.

The suite had poor sound proofing, we were disturbed from the corridor and the inter connecting room. The shower also flooded the bathroom. The view was internal, into the mall which was a little run down. It had two televisions (bedroom and sitting area) which used the same remote frequency and hence it kept turning on both tele's. This is why we preferred the standard room, it was quiet and the view looked out to the city. Breakfast was a little limited for the star rating of the hotel (e.g. only two flavours of juice, two types of cereal, yogurt served in tiny bowls containing about only 2 tbsp's, etc.) . Everything was ok, but nothing was really exciting.

We stayed for 2 nights, checked out and did a tour and returned for one more night at the end of our trip in Jordan. On the two night stay we had a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was huge, clean, modern and lovely. On the one night stay we had a standard room, which we actually preferred to the suite. The room was a good size, clean and modern. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, a little below what I expected at a 5 star hotel. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. They spoke excellent English. Location: Safe and good for shops. There are fast food places to eat nearby. For sightseeing on foot it is a little way out from the main attractions. WIFI: Great
