Breakfast: - is too late start at 10:00am, but good they accept to bring it earlier, however, keep in mind that the order will reach you in 1 hour minimum - If you order breakfast early, all what you will recive is Manakeesh (half), and cheese/butter/bread/tea (portion is tiny, no variety) - If you order breakfast at regular time, still it will be delayed, and the portion is not optimal. we were 3 people and we recive 2 manakeesh, 2 omelets, 1 small plate of labnah and we have to share WiFi: Poor connection, we used our own pain cellular data Room service: No one will pass by to ask you if you want to clean the room, you have to ask for it Toilet: - There is a Shower area, but no bathtub - There is only one hand soap, and shampoo - No toothbrush

I booked 2 bedroom suite for 3 people - 1 room has king bed, and the other room had 3 single beds, it has 1 toilet, and a living area Friendly staff, accommodate our requests, willing to help Good reception area The location: Near restaurants/university (walking 2-5 minutes) Clean place, seems like new furniture too No smoking smells Comfortable Has balcony TV has YouTube / NETFLIX Some might not like the noise from the street, but I enjoyed it, you feel like you are in live place I used to book 5-star hotels, and this is my first time to book in a different place. However, it went above my expectations, with slight improvements this place can get 5 stars too

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red carpet hotel and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the stylish and modern decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully designed and furnished, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality toiletries provided. I particularly loved the thoughtful touches, such as the bedroom pendant lights…. would definitely repeat it!!

I was visiting Amman with a group of friends and I was very frustrated to find out that no guests are allowed. When my friend came over, the security did not allow them to enter. It was embarrassing and very unpleasant. When I spoke to the owner, she was like “why don’t you go over to their place”.

1. Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room was orderly and spotless, but I encountered numerous problems when requesting cleaning services. Regrettably, my room was never fully cleaned during my 7-night stay; the bed was merely remade. Not once were my pillowcases or sheets changed, despite my specific instructions and requests, which seemed to be overlooked. 2. Amenities: I was never provided with shampoo, despite explicitly asking for it and eventually resorted to purchasing it externally. It came to my realization that breakfast is available every morning; however, this was never communicated to me at check-in. Additionally, the garage is still under construction and is quite constricted, leaving guests to fend for themselves in finding street parking. 3. Communication: Frequent calls to the reception were necessitated due to varied requests, and sometimes, it seemed the reception staff became agitated if contacted more than once. It was apparent that apologies were not part of the establishment’s protocol, leaving me to feel like any misunderstanding was solely my fault. 4. Pricing: The pricing structure was a significant concern. I originally booked for 8 nights via Booking.com but could only stay for 7 nights due to a family emergency, paying 54 JD per night. When requesting a refund for the last night, I was informed that I would only receive 19 JD back, with the remaining amount accounting for sales tax and booking fees. This seemed illogical, and upon questioning, the clerk’s inconsistent explanations made the situation more ambiguous, making me feel deceived. To conclude, my experience was less than satisfactory. For those seeking a respectable establishment that values you and treats you with decency, it may be wise to explore other options.

I really enjoyed the stay there, the hotel is new, the furniture is new clean and looks nice. The breakfast is amazing , the staff r very cooperative welcoming and helpful . I booked a small suite for 3 nights for 2 persons, when I arrived it was already taken , and they gave me a bigger apartment as a compensation without paying extra for it for these 3 nights. The only thing I have comment on is the voices, the walls r not isolating the voice the way it should, it bothered me a little during the day , but at night its very quit so I had a peaceful sleep. But overall very nice apartment, and the only apartment i found with high class criteria and good price .
