Hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful (especially Amaar) who organised a taxi for us and loaned us charger adapter. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. A beautiful stay. Easy check in and fantastic service.

It is a little bit far from the city, but we had a rented car and also the taxi is super affordable, so not a disadvantage

I had an excellent stay at Rival Hotel - the rooms was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in Jordan ( and I have lived here for many years, staying in various hotels)

It was superb. Everything was spotlessly clean, the furnishings were nicely styled and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in, in years - the sheets were such good quality. The breakfast was fantastic- so much variety and extremely fresh. We visited the spa twice and enjoyed a swim in a warm pool, a dip in the jacuzzi,, and time in sauna and steam room - very realxing. The staff were very attentive and always doing their best to help. Anwaar on reception was very helpful

The kettle in the room was dirty, so I asked room service for 2 glasses of warm water, got charged 5JD for “hot tea”. Was a little disappointed about that.

The staff were cheerful, room was large and very clean. They gave us some refreshments in the minibar on the house, and helped us find a rental car, guided us to good places to eat etc. The breakfast was very very good, the best we’ve had in Jordan

Pool and spa don't work at Ramadan, and this was not mentioned before booking.

The only element I did not like was the pervasive smell of tobacco smoke throughout the property. This was partly caused by the renovation of the restaurant and the cafe having no areas of smoking separation. This, however, is a country-wide problem in Jordan and not just in the Rival Hotel. The new government smoking ban in all public areas, introduced in November 2023, is not policed and no-one takes any notice of it. Consequently, non-smokers are forced to inhale second-hand smoke as soon as they step into public areas. The hotel manager, the receptionist, and the senior waiter did their very best to limit exposure and even offered room service for meals. They also explained that the new government smolking ban will be introduced in the hotel in due course. I look forward to my next visit as soon as the smoking ban is introduced.

The highlight was definitely the comfortable room and the Turkish Bath and Spa facilities. The breakfast was extensive and the service was exceptional.

The customer support, location and hotel facilities customer experience , Ammar provided all information and great customer support. Even I stayed for one night I had flight in morning they packed my breakfast .

It's not in the center, you must use Taxi or Uber every place to go and unfortunately, I didn't good experiences with the drivers in Jordan.

Hotel was perfect , spa is also , huge swimming pool and very nice sauna's and extra massage was perfect
