We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is an apartment complex where there are three pools, a jacuzzi, a small gym, a recreation room with a ping pong table and a coffee shop/restaurant where food can be purchased. The apartment had everything we needed, and it even included a small balcony. We enjoyed a wonderful stay there.

Slovakia- Two extra beds in the living room are not so comfortable for adults. - The dishes were just washed in dirty water, so they were visibly dirty. But these are not reasons not to choose this accommodation, just notes.
The resort has everything - greenery, swimming pools, jacuzzi, private beach with mud. Very few people, so peace is assured. The area is extremely clean and pleasant. The apartment is comfortable, large, with everything we needed.

GermanyA beautiful apartment in very good location. It is spacious and well equipped. There’s also a balcony with a nice view. The resort has several pools, a private beach, cafeteria and a game room to enjoy the afternoon. It’s walking distance to the mall where you will find shops and restaurants. The owners and staff are super friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

Czech RepublicA spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We especially appreciated the balcony with a dining table and a view of the Dead Sea. We stayed one night in December, the gated complex was almost empty and still felt very safe and well-maintained. Outdoor swimming pools and an easy access to a small private beach. Hadeel (the owner) was very helpful and arranged a smooth key handover.

SloveniaWe couldn't pay with credit card. So we had to rush first day to come by 6 pm to pay cash. When we arrived, there was noone to pay him. Next day we had to wait till they repair washing machine. Last day we asked for one hour prolongation because it was the only sunny day. While we got the answer we were far away. The bed was terrible.

AustraliaThe apartment is in need of some maintenance. The washing machine doesn’t work, the blinds are all broken and do not go up and down and there is paint peeling in the bathroom. I would also note that the host only accepts payment by PayPal and expects you to also pay the fees that PayPal charges them for receiving the money. As a result I ended up paying $10 more for the property than the advertised price. Just something to keep in mind. Despite all of this I still think it’s the best value option in the Dead Sea resort zone.
The location is very good, with views over the Dead Sea. The resort is great with excellent facilities. We had a nice stroll down to the resort’s private beach and covered ourselves in mud before floating on the water. The apartment is large and comfortable.
