The lighting is not good. Also, the place of the AC is directly over the bed; I would prefer to be far away. Small window and small bathroom.

The hotel is low budget, so it does not have a few things you would need. For example, you have to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. However, for the price they are giving it has the essentials, a place to sleep and to shower, if you are staying in the room for too long then I would recommend another hotel, however for the downtown place, it has many restaurants and cafes around the hotel so you would expect to stay outside for the whole morning and nights. Overall: good low-budget hotel.

Located in the perfect location, if you want to enjoy the hustle & bustle of Amman, while having a peaceful oasis to relax in! Minutes walk from the heart of the city centre, it was the perfect location for me & my friends! Definitely recommend!

During our stay at the hotel in Amman, we had an exceptionally positive experience, thanks largely to the incredible hospitality of the staff. I want to highlight a lesser-known but important custom: in Jordan, it is usual to leave tips in restaurants but not always at hotels. However, the exceptional service we received here certainly deserves a tip, a gesture of appreciation that the staff would value. Special thanks to Loay, the gentleman at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in providing us with directions and insightful tips for visiting Petra and exploring Jordan. Loay not only gave us useful information but also enriched our itinerary with numerous local gems that made our journey even more special. Additionally, guests can enjoy free parking available behind the hotel along the road on the left side. The location is also perfect for tourists; it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Roman Theater and about a 10-minute uphill walk to Rainbow Road. I highly recommend considering a tip for the hotel staff, recognizing their effort and the quality of service provided, which often exceeds expectations. The convenient parking and proximity to major attractions only enhance the overall experience.

Our stay at Sandra Hotel in Amman was simply fantastic! The hotel, although small, was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff, especially Luay and his brother during the morning shift, were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the owner, Yahia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, even offering assistance through WhatsApp. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by our driver and tour guide, Sabeer. Sabeer’s natural demeanor and extensive knowledge made our tour experience effortless and enjoyable. His helpfulness not only saved us time but also helped us save money by efficiently navigating through our itinerary. I highly recommend Sandra Hotel and especially commend Sabeer for his outstanding service. Can’t wait to visit again

There isn’t parking for your car, you must pay fee if you want to park next to the hotel.

It’s a small property in the middle of downtown Amman.. And it provides what it promises.. Simple and clean rooms.. Simple breakfast.. Great service.. Good insights for travelers.. The staff is really helpful.. Loay who was present at the reception during our check in gave us great tips and insights about traveling in Jordan.. Loay not only gave us information about Amman, but also about the back trails at Petra, which was of great help and made our Petra visit easier and more enjoyable.. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for accessibility and clean accommodation.. If you are in for luxury, this is not for you..

The host and all the staff are really nice and helpful. The room is nice and quiet even despite the fact that there is a very crowded street with huge traffic. Breakfast served in a very nice manner. The location is perfect, close to all the main city attractions. And there is a cat living in the hotel and you can pet her and her little kitten. Very good value for that money, highly recommended.

The hotel is right in the center and you get the buzzing feel of the city. The beds a comfortable and the room are clean. Breakfast is basic but good. The staff is super help full. And they will give you recommendations for the city and help with airport transportation.
