Very friendly staff, they went out of their way to accommodate my requests - dropping off baggage, checking in early, providing recommendations. Location is 30 mins away from the airport by Uber. Definitely will be staying here next time I’m in Amman

Happy and welcoming staff including the security guards. Very quick check in process. Good breakfast offer. Convenient location and very close to 5 star hotels Parking available for free. Thank you all for making our stay really good.

Breakfast lacked fried eggs or omelettes. I love fried eggs and they had everything but.

Amazing room and facilities. Staff were great. Lots of parking. Great restaurants nearby. We ate at Forca.

Not much to report overall, however we did have some mishaps on the second day where we found only one bath towel (there were two of us staying) or any toilet roll.

A good place to stay when visiting Amman (so long as you have a car) as not very close to the city centre

Very clean and stylish hotel that is managed by super nice people who know how to make you feel welcomed. Well-kept facilities, fresh food for breakfast. Located in a very quite area close to the downtown.

Some of the rooms might be facing roadside, which because of the difference in elevation allows people to see in the room from street side / other buildings especially at night if the curtains aren't closed. Although this isn't a negative or a positive. It depends on your own preference.

The mattress was a bit hard for my liking, the pillow was good though.

Nice midrange hotel with all the facilities you will need. Good A/C and wifi and the shower had good pressure. Quiet location in a good neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options to everyone's liking.

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was very generous, with custom coffee drinks. The place is clean and well stocked. Underground parking + the service is great.

Not much as we really enjoyed it. Room for improvement would be to add an omelet station to their breakfast buffet maybe but not a must

The staff here are just super nice, especially the two guards at the front who were so helpful and friendly. The front desk was also very warm and helpful. The location is great as it is in a very nice neighbourhood and a good base within which to explore Amman. Would definitely stay here again

The room advertises robes and we never got robes by default. I had to ask for them. It would be nice if they were just there. Towels were also really low in number considering it's a hotel. We are used to lots of towels. We had two large ones and one hand towel. Maybe it's a Jordan thing. Parking is also limited and fills up quickly on the weekend, hence requiring some creative parking solutions. TV channels for a western guest were lacking as it was largely Arabic, with some channels like CNN in English.

Seas hotel has top notch facilities and is very well kept. The lobby at the entrance speaks volumes about what's inside. Lobby has free hot tea and dates at all times. Nice soothing music playing. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. If you want to exchange USD to JOD, they have the best rate! There are also security guys at the front and you have to flag them down for access to the parking garage in the basement. And once you are in the room, you see the facilities. Nice pressure on the shower and the hot water, etc. TV channels are mostly Arabic and so its fine if you speak it. Not so good for us English speaking folk. The AC works well once it gets going, so no complaints there with temperature controls.

Why stay at the fancy 5 star hotels around the corner when you have everything you need at the Seas hotel for far less money. The hotel far exceeded our expectations in all categories including value.
