The staff, from the reception to the janitors, were very friendly and helpful, especially rakan, mahmod, and abu ahmad, the breakfast was simple yet delicious and clearly made with love, the rooms were clean and spacious to.some extent, the location is perfect and close to everything and its in a splendid part of the city, overall im extremely satisfied

The breakfast has been much below threshold. Therefore it is accepted because the concept of the room was "Prepare your breakfast by yourself in your room with the equipment of your kitchen"...which is excellent

Clean room (rather...studio) comfortable, well equipped...very polite people , centrally located .... even the cat of the receptionist has been the most polite and educated cat I have ever seen.....a very positive experience .

Air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy and needs fixing. Since the temperature was acceptable I turned it off for the night.

Excellent location, quiet environment, close to a lively neighborhood. Staff is super kind and helpful for any need. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I was allocated a very large bedroom.

We had to submit all our passports for verification again even though we stayed at the same hotel just two nights earlier. We were given four separate single beds even though we were a family of four with kids. We didn't know that AC was not turned on as it was still winter ending in Jordan. But it would have been good had we been told earlier about the same rather than when we started complaining that AC was not working.

Bathrooms were clean and had mats.

The kitchen could have more utensils and also the staff was not very helpful when we complained about long cooking time. The person who helped us guided us the wrong way with the stove. So we had to figure it out ourselves. There were no door mats in the bathrooms.

The receptionist was good and helped us in settling down quickly. He also pointed out nearby grocery stores.

Kitchen very poorly equipped; only 1 pan No baby bed despite having it confirmed with the hotel previously.. they only had a cradle for newborn (<3m); my 2y.o kid couldn’t fit!

It's located in a quiet residential area, around 15 minutes walking from the main downtown. There are several restaurants in the area and a small supermarket all within walking distance, the staff specially Nabil Shams and Abo Ahmed, were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience at Shams Hotel. The room was perfect, clean and with all the services. The hotel is in a perfect and quiet neighbourhood, close to the main attractions of the city. The thing that impressed me most was the kindness and how welcoming the staff is: best staff ever! Thanks to Nabil and Mahmod and all the other people that work there for letting us feel like home and enjoy our trip in the beautiful Jordan.
