Prices for water and drinks are 6 times higher than in local supermakets (ex.: 1.5lt of purified water 3JOD: 0.25/0.5 in shops). Bring drinks with you when you arrive if they keep such price line. Air-conditioning only at night for half an hour: lack of energy.

Nice guys, the social dinner was very good, excursions nice and affordable, and the accommodation very positive. The desert is the king.

My biggest problem is that the tents are too hot from 11:00am to sun set as the AC is not able to cool all of the desert heat, so I would not recommend visiting in the day between june and September

First of all, you need to keep in mind that you are going to a camping site, so mobile coverage is weak, but the camp provides a fair wifi. I can't complement the people in this place enough, very welcoming and doing everything they can to give a pleasurable unforgettable experience

Everything was as we expected it to be. Simply awesome. At first we were alone in the camp, the silence of the desert was so calming we just had to sit and relax with the view of sand and rocks. Kitchen was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. They met our requirements everytime. The tent we stayed in was clean, air-conditioned, very comfy and spacious. Many possibilities how to spend time such as jeep tour, quadbike tour, camel riding and many more. Romantic and refreshing environment for every couple.

Friendliest of the staff, the room was clean. The view from the room was beautiful, we watched the desert before going to sleep. They helped with everything, we got towel when we asked. The dinner was tasty, like in a restaurant.

Everything was as I aspected in the middle of the desert. Really nice experience.

Amazing position and staff. The owners are very nice and they will satisfying any request and excursions. The martian dome was amazing such as the Wadi Rum. I will strongly raccomand this place!

Khaled contacted us the day before our arrival and we discussed what time he would come to the visitor center for us. Because we broke down on the way, we were 1 hour late, but he still waited for us and took us to the campsite. Khaled and the others were very nice and helpful. The tent is clean and meets all needs. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

all was good and clean. hani the owner is really friendly and funny. he helps where he can. he is handsome and always there to satisfy the costumer. the Tour was amazing and the camel ride was good. we booked a jeep tour for 4 h and it was amazing. Its a clean camp with all services you need.

Overall, I was satisfied, but one thing I was disappointed with was that I have visited Wadi Rum more than 10 times, and this is the first time I have experienced Jarup without lamb in the traditional food served for dinner.

I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the newly built tent, bed and private shower. And it was nice to have internet access.

You can see on the property that it is new and they just started the whole process, but they are getting. the grips on it. location is OK, our tour guide Shadi and his brother are top notch-I highly recommend this two guys…

The heating was intermittent and was centrally controlled. Dec nights in wadi rum are very cold and did not appreciate the heating on and off during the night...

We booked a bubble tent and normal tent however when we got there they shifted as to another resort which was still under construction and without facilities as advertised which only had normal tents. Food was limited. Tgey only contact us in middle of the afternoon aa we were on the way and it was too late to change resort
