we stayed 2 nights he rooms were never cleaned didn't have any supplies. We had to ask for every thing and mostly didn't get it. the property is poorly maintained. The AC is very noisy. very Uncomfortable experience

The breakfast at the beach club did not meet my expectations or give us the value for our money. I’d say the facility itself wasn’t super clean and the staff were hard to understand.

Too many staff and big majority of them do nothing. Literally only few of them are good: a security guy at the entrance who really helped us with a WiFi and a guy who welcomes people at the breakfast. Dishes at the kitchen were very dirty, few plates even had traces of cigarette ashes on them. Too bad to have these things for a lovely equipped apartment.

Apartment is nice and modern. Location itself is amazing.

Beautiful residence inside a very beautiful and big resort. The apartment was big, comfortable, and everything was very new. The service in the resort are enormous. The breakfast was good but they served us quite late (30 minutes) with respect to the time expected (that was 8 am).

Very dirty rooms, the phones are not working, there were no tissues in the room, the bathrooms are very dirty, unfortunately a very bad experience and i checked out at 12 am.

At first, the family and I arrived at about one and a half hours, and the chalet was received. The air conditioning is broken on the first floor, the washing machine does not have a door, the internet is down, and the phone is also broken. And of course I made a call at the reception center and the employee answered me, the maintenance team will be sent, and I waited for the maintenance employee, who arrived at me at four o’clock and started trying to fix the endless faults, but the cleanliness of the room was very bad, and after I wasted my day waiting, the room was changed and I booked Another forced day to try to make up for the day I lost in this place... Many things starting from the status of the flat which was not really clean, and that I could have got something much better for what I payed! Also the beach was dirty, the sea itself was full of plastic bags, cups, some papers, even a watermelon pieces that some people left apparently! I understand people can be careless, but come on the facility management should also take care of this, and if they can’t stop people from polluting they should at least keep it clean.

We paid 315 (as expensive as a 5star hotel) and the stay felt like a 2 star hotel The mattress had its springs out of the bed please check as it's very dangerous Holes in the sheets. Very bad quality The restaurant sea bass food was a disaster and very expensive for the quality served. The sea food was uneatable The phone in the room was not working. It was always very complicated to reach reception or room service Quality of the stay in general was bad and the amount we paid was very high in comparison

The rooms were not clean, we found an opened condom in a drawer. The furniture is falling apart and the curtains are falling down. The washing machine didn’t work and we asked for it to be fixed but it wasn’t. The toastie maker had not been cleaned from the last guest. In the other apartment we had similar problem, a leaking A/C but this was fixed after a number of complaints. It needs a good clean, some repairs and furniture that isn’t broken.

The pool and grounds are lovely and very well maintained. The flowers and plants are beautiful. There are a selection of pools which are good. The shop owners are all lovely, especially the ice cream man and the pharmacist. The staff are very pleasant also.

Recruit more Hous Keping and maintenance I don’t see any housekeeping during my stay even I make an appointment also maintenance I called them several times to fix our AC with a no attendance
